OMG! THIS HAS TO BE HANDS DOWN THE BEST ALL AROUND RV! You have room to entertain in front of the TV. Plenty of seating with the U shaped dinette, couch and even the front driver and passenger seats! Private bedroom for guests and private master bedroom! With plenty of guest sleeping with the drop down bed, dinette bed and sofa bed! BEST RV SET UP I'VE SEEN!! HOME RUN!!! But I'm worried about the build quality. Been seeing a lot of negative reviews.

We love, love this model! It is perfect in every way for us. The only thing holding us back is no windows on driver’s side. Maybe Fleetwood would consider a long, big kitchen window as an option in the future? Thanks Mike for the Awesome video Tour!

Thanks for watching ! Yes, This unit does have the "Tech Package" and to be honest most of the Discovery LXE's you find will have the Tech Package as it is such a great value for all the features that come with it.

The Discovery LXE 40G has roughly 4,000 pounds of OCCC. Obviously every coach varies a little depending on how that unit is optioned out. Thank for Watching !!!!
