- Hey everyone welcome back to another video! Today I am super excited were looking at the a Class A Diesel Pusher that is TOP OF THE LINE! This is the 2020 Fleetwood Discovery LXE 40D! This is an amazing bath and a half floorplan. The Fleetwood Discovery LXE is the top of the line motorhome for fleetwood. This motorhome has a 380 Hp Cummins engine and no propain its an all electric coach.

Nice unit. Likes 3 A/C units, nice paint, hydronic heating. Dislikes 380hp motor (under powered), no side mounted radiator, 10k tow capacity.

Likes: This RV is awesome. I love everything about it.
1) Storage, especially the slide out trays.
2) Main TV location. I like that it's angled forward, so it can be seen from the front seats and the table/chairs, and the sofa.
3) The materials. The flooring, the tiles, and the cabinets all look clean, modern, and perfectly suit my taste.
Dislikes: At this price and size, with all of those other features, I'm really nitpicking. But I think it should have ...
1) An actual oven
2) More solar
3) My name on the title 😁😂

Love this motorhome.1. Beautiful living room, 2. Very well thought out kitchen. 3. Bunk! And no, I don't care if I have to crawl under it to get out fast, I take that trade off.
Things I don't like: 1. No one has offered to buy it for me or my wife Cathy. 2. It's so beautiful inside and out I might be afraid to use it. 3. Got nothing.
Sorry, wife and t like the tilt-a-view beds, would own one for the house if I could afford it
.I gotta say, for under $260,000, this is the nicest motorhome I have seen. That exterior color is a knock out.
I love 1) all the safety features, collision mitigation system, etc. 2) storage with the pull out trays 3) love the interior look! 4). Love the 8 Ps bathrooms.
This is an awesome RV!
Dislikes 1) small bedside tables. 2) awning remote with no button. No other dislikes.
We always called the sink thing a sprayer.

Thank you for all the videos you show. Because of you, we bought our 2021 Thor Outlaw 29J from General RV in Richmond VA. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we couldn't make our way down to Florida. Good afternoon RV Review Crew! Today my gout is under control, I didn’t get bible thumped by the Mrs. Sunday after church, new carpet being installed next week, and I won a GRIP6 belt! Thank you, Matt, Andrea and GRIP6.

The kitchen thingamabob is called a "pull down spray head"....
What is not to like about any Fleetwood XLE model? Well a few things always pop up, but let’s start with the things which stand out
In this coach I like:
+Colors and paint job - that “distressed look” is quite fetching!
+Awning over the bus-door, nice detail!
+ARMLESS AWNINGS! Classy and modern looking!
+Mobileye collision avoidance systems, SAFETY FIRST!
+Bunk over the cab - nobody does this like Fleetwood!
+8-gigawatt genset! GREAT SCOTT!
+Here is one of my favorites: I notice on [most of] the external storage compartments the seals come to an apex (peak) at the top of each storage bay, forming a slight triangle shape. This promotes water drainage off the rubber seals extending the life and integrity of the seals. This is a small item and most folks would never notice it, but it shows great attention to detail and good engineering design! WAY TO GO FLEETWOOD!
+This is a YUGE one-piece roof, holy cow! Is that 265 watts of solar up there? Didn’t see that in the descriptions.
+KEYLESS START! - Please make standard! It’s not the 1980’s anymore!
+You all didn’t care for the valences, but I thought they were quite neutral and look easy to personalize.
Now for things that I did not care for, or I have questions about:
-This is a no propane coach, so no quick-connect for a grill. This isn’t a YUGE deal, but accommodations would have to be made for outside grilling. In some all-electric coaches, the induction cook-top pops out of the galley and can be taken outside and used with an external outlet. Does the induction cook top in the 40D pop out? If not, that’s be a minor modification to make to allow one option to cook outside. Seem like heating this coach would suck up a lot of juice, thank heaven for the 1.21 gigawatts in the genset - GREAT SCOTT!
-BOO on camp-side slides, but I understand maximum inside room and high-end finishes is the goal with this coach
-What’s the inverter wattage?
-I prefer a dinette vs. table and chairs - just a personal preference as having loose items in the coach while going down in the road is not desirable (like chairs).
-BOO CARPET! Why is there carpet in this coach? And the areas with carpet are the areas exposed to maximum dirt! Under dinette, fridge, kitchen area. Any way to option the carpet away?
-DISHWASHER - this might be controversial, but I do not get the need for a DW in an RV. They seem small (not residential size), take up considerable space and how often do you really use them? Most coaches are a 2-person operation, there just aren’t that many dishes to do and the DW seems unnecessary - BUT GREAT FOR LUXURY!
-BOO TILE FLOORS - just don’t like things you know are going to fail at some point. There must be a composite product which looks just as nice (or almost)-which is maintenance free. BOO - tile shower too, same reason. Fleetwood does one-piece, fiberglass showers better than anyone. They are great looking and maintenance-free! Is there a middle ground to be had (e.g. patterned fiberglass)?
-The lock on the galley peninsula looked flimsy!
-BOO external TV with no sound bar, REALLY?
-? Was there a sunshade for the windshield? If not, there should be one!
While I would enjoy a look or two at American Coaches and other high-end REV Group products, these will be out of reach financially (lottery winning aside) and may not be worth the time and effort it would take Matt & Andrea to do. But 49,999 other subscribers may disagree!
As a parting shot, CONGRATS ON BREAKING 50,000! I LOOK FORWARD TO THE 100,000 SUBSCRIBER PARTY!

Run Andrea Run! I like/love this model. Nice kitchen space and I like the footrest in the passenger seat and sofa. I like the cabinet space in the bathroom. In other models I have seen the work table across from the passenger seat, but this doesn't have one. I would rather have two sinks in the master bath and a second shower. I'm not sure what I would have to give up for the bunkbed (seen in the Holiday Rambler) but I want that for the grandchildren. Otherwise, this is a great model. Thank you Matt and Andrea for making these videos!

You know, a drone will really add a great touch to your videos. Sure there will be a learning curve but I can envision a real neat intro of the drone to pass around the coach with a slow pass over the roof. What a coach. 3 things to like is insane. What's not to like. This coach is awesome. It is something about that awning with just a remote. But everything has its faults. #RunAndreaRun.

BTW.....In the kitchen design world, we say the kitchen faucet has a “pulldown sprayer”. Also the faults drawer front under the kitchen sink, that opens slightly is called a “tilt-out” for sponges and brushes. Thanks for your hard work. 🥰🥰

Love the tv storage, overhead bunk and pull out pantry drawers and pullout counter extension. Blue colour scheme is not for us but that's easy to choose another colour scheme. Surprised it didn't come with washer and dryer at that price point. Agree need mounted awning switch and have remote as secondary option.
Nice for a full-time couple with occasional guests. Luxury coaches rarely have enough seat belts for the number of people they sleep.

Love all the outside storage but needing to bend over and kneel to get to them is a deal breaker, especially considering the buyers will be in there 50’s and 60’s! And what’s with that RR open compartment?

Love the backsplashes! Love the sofa and the beautiful flooring😊 LOVE the outside. I do NOT like “trifold” bathroom mirrors. Women have to get ready in front of those skinny mirrors. Personally I prefer the 3-sided booth instead of chairs. I don’t like heavy solid surface coverings over the stove. What are you supposed to do with those while cooking? You need a little slide space to store them while cooking. No outside kitchen??? Just my thoughts. All in all-well done!

Loved the discovery by Fleetwood!
Loved: the floors, kitchen, amount of cabinets for storage and below.
Dislikes: No seat in the master bathroom, valances could use more decor, real oven would be nice.
Andrea that is an extendable hand sprayer in the faucet.
Love it all... beautiful.
I really like the tile flooring and the overall layout, especially the table/chairs and the roominess in the restrooms. It's also quite a lot of coach for around $260K. That said... carpet!! With such a beautiful floor elsewhere, can't Fleetwood figure out how to include flush flooring without carpet on the slides? I'm also not a huge fan of the cockpit layout; it would be nice to use larger, same-size LCD panels for the radio/navigation/camera screens. Oh, and let's chuck in a stackable washer/dryer while we're at it. ;-)

3 things I don't like:
1.) Looks like only one door to get in and out of motor home.
2.) I don't like microwaves above my head! Too dangerous, all that hot food will fall on my head, hands, & arms.
3.) No propane? Well solar be able to takes its place?
