The similarity between Brigitte and him is that they both are middle eastern Christians. As a middle eastern christian myself, I can tell you that what Raymond is preaching is basic common sense for any middle eastern Christian, and that's because we live in the Islamic world and we know what Islam is in reality and how these people behave when they become a majority (Look up the Lebanese civil war of 1975). It was very heartbreaking to me as an African Christian hear stories like this a lot and consistently having to advocate for the protection of Christians and a lot of these African countries. The younger generation in the western world is so naïve, is so dangerous that they are so naïve and easily manipulated. As somebody who is younger I had to educate myself quickly, especially as a Christian. Secularism and this like atheism is destroying my generation, they don’t understand that their Christian morals is what makes the western world a better place. As an atheist, who accepts religious people without arguing with them, I really find it very very hard to understand, why people are willing to kill others for their faith. It's as simple as this.
