I think the marines should be higher because I think they wouldn't let go of the warlords for no reason. especially since Akainu was heavily against it. I think they have a plan, like maybe Vegapunk made pacifistas powerful enough to replace the warlords. I don't think they could've replaced Mihawk, so they aren't top three, but maybe like number 4.
Making Mihawk, a Yonko level fighter their enemy was kinda dumb, they could’ve kept the Warlords then added SSG on top of it

Like rob said himself. You gotta read between the lines when it comes to Oda. The mari es are set up to be a major threat and I don't see the final showdown with them anytime soon. That means they're gonna pull out something scarier and bigger than ever. They didn't abolish the warlord system because of Fujitora and Doffy, they abolished it because they didn't need the warlords anymore. I would've put the marines at nr 5 or 4 on this list.
its a bigger flex to get rid of the warlords cause it still means that marines= Yanko and crews warlords probably make it > Yonko they probably only need it cause of revolutionary army
It’s wasn’t the marines that dropped the warlords it was King Riku and King Cobra at the levely with the other 48 rulers that abolished the warlord system

I mean it's pretty self explanatory if you consider what they used to say quite a lot early on. Marines, the yonko and the warlords are the world's great three powers. Marines should easily be the strongest otherwise they wouldn't exist just because everyone is their enemy.

@@ShonenShowdown Yeah but they only actually used them once. Otherwise the warlords were pretty much neutral with the marines I think. Anyway I don't believe the five elders are that strong, might be strong fighters but not enough to come close to a yonko crew.
They lost aokiji and the warlords, they are not what they used to be, all they really have now is like 4 really strong guys (not counting greenbull yet) and looking at them against the whitebeard pirates with a clear upper advantage and a ton of leverage, they fell off. To be honest I’m surprised they are even above the animal kingdom pirates
@@MonkeyCookieClicker Considering how many middle tier marines they have in the 4 blue seas I think they are pretty strong in the "foot soldier" department. Also weird how every other group is looked at in their prime but marines aren't :P

If the marines as a whole counts as a team then I’d definitely go with them, there’s soo many heavy hitters we’ve yet to see out of the marines.

@@arnodorian4238 if where talking about them as a whole then you’ve got the 3 admirals and akainu and also garo and sengoku because they still work for the marines you’ve also got dozens if not hundreds of vice admirals some of them potentially first commander level tsuru being a good candidate and then theres the army of millions of regulars marines thousands of devil fruit users and easily the largest fleet in the series as a whole they deserve number one by a huge ass mile

Thanks for the vid Shonen & I really like the list which there is 1 change I would like to make to the list & that would be swapping the places of CP-0 with the Big Mom Pirates; I know in the vid you said that you are not saying that CP-0 can defeat the Big Mom Pirates is why they're above them, & I know that Lucci & Kaku as you said before have moved up in the world, but in addition to the unknown strength of the other CP-0 agents, there is also the matter of Luffy & Zoro who managed to beat Lucci & Kaku in the past with how much they brought their strength up to their current power level, but I do agree that CP-0 should still be on the list.

I think Big Mom’s crew is a little bit further up simply because there’s more order. Every things is constructed and she has connections upon connection because of the marriages of course. At lease higher than CP0 they haven’t gone enough to be put over Big Mom pirates

@@scottiecurrie7927 i honestly dislike the idea of imu being insanely stromg, i think it would be way better for a unknown character with this much influence to just be really smart and have a lot of knowledge to make him/her able to be on top and control from the shadows. Like why does a character that seems to not even do stuff by himself need to be op af like all the top tiers we already have, it would be kinda lame if you ask me

Or maybe he has an ability that can erase certain memorys of events from history or can delete anything from the world but can't do it often. Because it'd still give him a need for the marines and i dont think he's a terible guy. Like maybe a sympathetic villain.
But even if he's not strong and just has insane intelligence then that'd still put the gorosei and eme higher on the list in my opinion. Like I was thinking 1st place to be honest since they've had control over the entire world for the past 800 years and anything eme wants done, gets done.

And if they would be really top tier i dont see a reason why they would always relie on others to do their work. Like obviously they have the influence to let people do their work, but they trying to rule a world and keep a huge secret, no way they would always relie on shady people that fuck up more often than not for all of their jobs. Thats just my opinion on the topic. I dont think they super weak, even though i dont like the idea of them and especially imu being really strong, but i dont think they are top 10. i see where you coming from though and i respect that point of view
