He’s clearly focused on his finances not love at this time. You can’t force love. I’m a believer and old school that a man will make the first move when he is ready and interested in you period. Save yourself the heartache and let the man say I love you first. She’s making excuses for him, affectionate or not, burnt in the past or not he is not ready!!!
Completely agree! 🎯 He’s not ready. She can be the one to wait around until he is ready but when that happens, he may not be interested or ready for HER. It’s best she call it quits and not waste any more time
