I agree that the art and animation is not on par with Resurrection F but I do like the extra dialogue in here that I don’t think they had in the movie.

I know that this idea sounds absurd, but what if she actually adapted to the speed to a small degree? At this point in time, she has been watching Goku fight for a little more than 25 years. She has always been around when things sped up, so maybe she learned how to follow a tiny bit.

Even a far back as the original DragonBall we started to see how those without comparable power levels can’t perceive the movement of stronger beings. The Namek saga really punctuated that point with the Burter scene, then you saw what Goku did to them. Problem is they’re never consistent in that aspect. One minute they can’t follow the fighters, the next they’re spectating without issues at all.

Idk what’s up with this but the animation is horrible. Frieza doesn’t even look like himself. Nothing has any detail, the animations that are from a distance look like scribbles. I do not remember it looking like this.
