Brilliant concise information as always Pete - I was on course helping my daughter with chipping today and (thankfully) our processes are very similar. Jason's reference helps - about 20 years ago when he was a junior my daughter followed him around the Australian Junior Championship in Devonport Tasmania as her brother played in the group in front. BTW - love the slam dunk! Must have been hard to follow up after that.
What grind is that 54? Liked, subscribed, cheering. My wife came out asking what happened. Exciting. I want to slam dunk golf balls too. This was the first video of you I’ve seen.
Love this content, Pete! One thing your good friend Dan G stresses is leveling the shoulders in the setup. You do this very nicely but don't mention it in the video.
I love the creativity shot drill. I can’t tell you I often I see people hitting 50 shots from the exact same area. Great for ingraining feel or mechanics I suppose but from first hand experience, not a great way to improve on the course
I have tried this and it doesn't work ?? Obviously I am doing it wrong ?? What works for me is a setup like yours and a kind of " club falling down with gravity dead hands onto ball while rotating through ! Will try your Method again ! Great input ! Thanks !
At 2:24, just before the slam dunk, he slightly bumps the ball whilst putting the club head behind the ball. The chipping gods giveth and the chipping gods taketh away...
Congrats on your slam dunk on first demonstration chip. Poor chip though .... if it new pitched straight in the bucket you had a two-putt coming back! Other than that, great video. Helpful graphics and good info
Great vid. The lie determining the shot is the most annoying thing in England. It's always landing and rolling into some muddy patch or divot or another. Never a good lie!
If practicing on the course, please also make sure, if it’s earlier in the day. Do not get in the way of the greens keepers! Had several knuckle heads chipping the 18th green while I’m still mowing it! Great video Pete!
Lol, got to love how golfers celebrate a bad shot with a good result... that chip was over the green all day long if it wasnt for the dunk... 😂 dont lie , we all do it... 😂
It always makes you sit up and take notice when the demo shot holes out. Great stuff Peter. Enjoyed this one. 👏👏
The visual in the corner with ball position related to the feet and foot pressure was extremely helpful.
Beautiful chip Pete 😂
That dunk was absolutely hilarious.

Great instruction, as always, and amazing production quality....the team just gets better and better 👏 👏👏❤️

The chipping gods! They DO EXIST!
Give this lesson to your good buddy Rick 😂
Rick has Dan Grieve for short game wisdom. I’d stick with him.
@@commane21 Doesn't seem to be doing him any good! 🤣 😂 😆
@@commane21he does, but forgets the day he leaves the lesson. Rick cant chip as well as a 36 handicap.
LMAO! What a first shot 😂
The chipping God's have been kind to you on this day
