Very nice bike... Im restoring a GT750 currently. And keep debating on running the stock exhaust or changing to some Gibson/Allspeeds.. I change my mind every day...haha.
A H1 F the last of the crazy H1s. The kh had euro restricted exhaust and EU shit rejetting,an easy work around, just as good as the earlier versions. I don't like the non standard mirror's. I know everyone hates the handling, but it's always been my favourite bike.
Thanks for the comment! Interesting, I wasn't as familiar about the progression of that model, I appreciate the information. The previous owner put the mirrors on, personal touchs. I like the standard mirrors better as well, we also have an H1 that is all stock. I haven't had the heart to change the mirrors yet, I look at them and think about how much the previous owner probably loved that bike. It was obviously very well taken care of.
Nice bike, shame about the pipes. Pretty sure it was the CB750 that rang the death knell for our bike industry not the 2 strokes. You should be wringing it’s neck by the way 😂
Most guys that slap on the chambers and rejet the carbs take pics of them idling because they're afraid to ride 'em. And yes, they can be a very dangerous toy.
To me it doesn't get any better than Yamalube. I've used lots of different products, many more expensive, but have yet to have better results than what Yamalube gives me. I use 2R in premix applications and 2S for oil injected machines.
@@motocrosser411 thank you for the reply. This one looks like it’s been restored and ridden a little bit since. Just got her fired up yesterday after she sat for two years. Not sure what brand that blue colored injector oil is, but the injection system is working just fine. A nice short ride down the road and she works really nice.
@lettuce7378 Yes! The H1 and H2 where oil injected like most of the two strokes of the period. Eliminating the system in favor for premixing is popular, but we maintain the system whenever possible on our machines!
Nice video , my neighbor had one just like that , we could hear him a mile away . Loved it.
Great video! Just bought a 1974 H1, original condition. Look forward to restoring it. Man that bike looks and runs great, good job with the video!
Damn... This bike is amazing.... The sound, the smell.. Brings back memories when I was kiddos... 😍❤️😊
What a great bike and video! 👍👍
I learned to ride a motorcycle on one of these

Had one in lime green .
Why do you keep backing off on the damn throttle just when it starts to light up? Not like you're not on a damn airport runway or anything !!!

We don't believe I'm wall hangers here. Everything must work! These things are too cool to not be ridden.
I’m getting ready to pick up a 76 model in very nice shape. What modern 2stroke oil are you using these days in these?

@@motocrosser411 is the H1 oil injected? I can't find any information online about that particular detail.

@charliestoybox2099 sorry I missed your comment, I am using Yamalube 2s in all of our oil injected machines. It's a good oil and is clean burning.
