Thanks man! I appreciate the love, hopefully I can figure out how to eliminate more wind noise for videos in the future! I'm all about listening to the gallop
Thank you for uploading a video which I couldn't afford, which is a shovelhead. It's hard and really expensive to get where I'm from. By watching & listening a great quality video of riding a shovelhead really bring me joy.
Once the winter season is through (unfortunately I'm not gutsy enough to ride this thing in the snow) I'll make so more videos with better angles! I've got a walk around video of the bike on my channel right after I "finished" it... well, finished enough to go down the road at least. Cheers!
Hello, I just saw your channel and came to check out the shopper. I like the custom shopper the more the iron shirt shopper like them. Knucklehead, Panhead, Shovelhead So amazing, I'm in Thailand. And will continue to follow your shopper Make a review clip of this Shovelhead chopper! Will continue to follow
@@ZiggyNobrakes I took the mouse trap off of my 48 Panhead. Then, I put a straight clutch pedal from S & S. Short shift handle under the seat. At my old age now , I would have to go with a ratchet lid and hand clutch. Also no kick start only. Too old to have a broken leg. Thanks.
Those look like deerskin gloves and I go through two or three pairs of deerskin gloves every year I gave her about 20 bucks from Meadville Pennsylvania at the boot box. They start out motorcycle and end up as gardening gloves.
Cool paint on the tank, but the strangest routing of the throttle cable I have ever seen, seems like it would be an issue in so many ways including rubbing the tank. But it could be the angle I'm seeing it at. Anyway have fun! Enjoy the ride!
Sounds like a fuckind dream. and thank god you keep the videos clean of music! Nothing against listening to music while riding or working up videos with music, but shit, that Shovel sings enough to me. I envy you a lot. I have zero clue about how Im going to aquire my bike. In Germany laws with customization are strict and Im only 21 so not really that wealthy either! lmao. good video
Love the bike man. Jockey shifters make a bike look so awesome but it sucks so bad in certain situations... I hate not having my left foot on the ground at stop lights. Definitely a sick bike there tho 👍✌
No doubt man, I hear you on the stop light! I never swapped to a ratchet top so one of the worst aspects of riding is finding neutral on the rotary top... wouldn't be able to do city riding at all without a front brake.
Nice bike, I dont like the way he has routed the throttle cable though, not crazy about the front brake setup, the bars have a great spread nice and wide, hate narrow bars, shame we didnt get to see the rest of the bike in this video.
This is definitely one of the better videos to showcase a jockey shift while riding. Very badss bike, I dont think I'd enjoy it but I'm also not into riding that badass of bike.
I picked these up on my way down cali at the iron and resin shop in San Fran. They don’t have any brand markings but I’d imagine they’ve got em on the site
Learning to ride with a foot clutch and getting used to the unnecessarily higher risk was uncomfortable at first... but you get used to it, ride more cautiously, brake earlier...
I dunno, something something riders course something something right or left not the middle because of oil or something. I stick to the c side more often than not. I've had some close calls with drivers on narrow roads out where I live.
Your cow pie on top of your tranny is out of round and when you are shifting to 3rd it puts you in to a faults neutral my bike does the same thing so over the winter my son is going to be busy putting in a ratchet top tranny for his Pops
best thing about your video, beside the bike and nature, that it has no fucked up music, simply the sound of the bike and air
thank you

Adoro esse video !!! Já assisti umas dezenas de vezes!!!
I love the sound of the exhaust reversion when you shift. Fine fellow in the small car saw you and got out of the way. Thumbs up.
definitely had some fine tuning to do on the timing and jetting! I can't say I hate the sound of backfires and reversion though hahaha
Thanks for the ride man!
Beautiful bike, beautiful view, beautiful video

I like that headlight
Love the exhaust
This is what I imagine on a bike not hunched over on a sports bike weaving cars, just an enjoyable ride on a beautiful bike
I bet you were humming Born to be Wild, weren't ya.
That short drive on a bike like this calms better than a ZANNY BAR !
It’s definitely my chosen method of therapy 🤙🏻

Ride safe brotha
Nice paint.
Awesome video man! What did you film this with?
Liked the video as soon as I heard that engine. Nice bike. 👍🏻😅

Yo Zig, what tank are you running on your chop? It looks pretty sweet
It’s a low tunnel Pnut painted by El Guerro Custom Paint over in Belgium 🇧🇪 he does some pretty awesome work.

@@MrBellyman128 yeah and if u imagine certain situations its not very easy to start off. But its a clean look on the handle bars.
Fuck that was great! Thanks man
I’m glad you enjoyed it my man! Cheers 🍻
Bike runnin sweet is that a 1200 shv, if so what jet sizes do you have in the s&s carb cheers
Thanks man, if I remember correctly I swapped the jets back and forth and kept the S&S recomended sizes - 295 intermediate and 72 main

Bro your throttle cable is making my eye twitch
Well that makes one of us 🤷♂️
Put Country Road for backsong 😁
Dig the bars
hello, what camera do you using?
I couldn't be doing with that hand shifter .
Man I love this thing ! what are the frame specs ?
Reproduction frame by Kraft tech - 16001 is the model number. Really beefy and well made imho

Sweet sled, Zig.
Right on, kowboy. YEWWW 🤙🏻

I also need to know, very nostalgic place it is.
Death shifter ?
What type of clutch you got on there?
Dry clutch, foot clutch, transmission is a rotary top.

how do i get those handlebars ?
These ones are from back in the day. You can find ones like them from arie_vee on Instagram. He makes the kinked dog bone risers and triple clamp too.
@@ZiggyNobrakes awesome, thanks mate.
out
It seems like you ride the curb side of your lane alot
Is there a reason you do this
probably just sticking to A or C portions of the lane, hes probably sticking to C just to avoid incoming traffic.
I dunno, something something riders course something something right or left not the middle because of oil or something. I stick to the c side more often than not. I've had some close calls with drivers on narrow roads out where I live.
In the corse I took it recommended A side so that driver in front and back could see you better

that throttle cable looks sketchy
The whole bike was sketchy 😂
personally I dont like a front brake on a chopper. None of mine have a front brake. He does have one . Maybe his bike is fast?
Lightning, no a missile. Like, so fast man.
@@ZiggyNobrakes shovelhead with a 4 speed. Not likely. If he gets to 80 MPH he is lucky. After that stuff starts to vibrate off the bike. Or brake.
