Обработали чем- то для дозаривания, запихнули в коробки зелеными .Пока ехали до потребителя покраснели. Кушайте на здоровье непонятно что. Да.... Нет вкуснее томата со своей грядки.
Вспомните полки магазинов в СССР, многоль вы видели на них красных помидоров в трёхлитровых банках--одни зелёные. А красные уходили по своим и блатным.
Пельмени должны состоять тонкое тесто,хорошее мясо немного перец,чеснок,соль.
