I never noticed Biff calling George an Irish bug. Glad that they kept the continuity of it by having Marty's ancestors be Irish. Some filmmakers or screenwriters forget little things like that and just use it as a small gag that they never intend to go back to.
It’s a reminder that there were ethnic prejudices in America other than the ones we think of today, such as against blacks or Asians or Hispanics or Jews. Irish people were looked down upon historically.
George's evolution is just so brilliant. When he accepted being bullied he had no issues seeing Marty bullied, he didn't have the guts to openly pursue the girl he liked, and as an adult he took his wife and his family for granted, never fighting for one thing in his life. But all along he had been writing about scifi heroes who lived in the opposite way. Thanks to Marty he had a chance to decide again and become the real man he always admired and tame the evil in his life, represented by Biff.

2:58 favourite part of the scene
0:48 HELLO? HELLO? ANYBODY HOME!!? THINK MCFLY, think!
The actor at 1:12, is JJ Cohen. I met him at a drive in movie theater for BTTF and he was actually a very pleasant guy. He was one of 6 actors in all 3 BTTF movies
Cool
Marty helping give Wilson twice the confidence was really heartwarming.
I was trying to watch the top movies of all time last year based on IMDB, and the Back to the Future series instantly became my go-to movie. It gives me a homey feeling every time, like watching FRIENDS.
Crispin glover was born to play as George mcfly
The whole movie was well written and well acted, every small detail of it, amazing
Love the fact Marty caused so many events
I like how George laughs at the life preserver comment, as if he’s part of the group. But it’s more of a relief since he’s not the only one getting picked on in that moment.
He's clearly trying to deflect the bullying away from him
Billy Zane the villain of the movie ‘Titanic’ is playing a sidekick of buff the bully here. 🤣🤣🤣
Met him last year. Nice guy.
Hahahaha the guy from Tombstone the actor with the hair hahahha no shit
I never noticed Biff calling George an Irish bug. Glad that they kept the continuity of it by having Marty's ancestors be Irish. Some filmmakers or screenwriters forget little things like that and just use it as a small gag that they never intend to go back to.
It’s a reminder that there were ethnic prejudices in America other than the ones we think of today, such as against blacks or Asians or Hispanics or Jews. Irish people were looked down upon historically.
Biff; "I could get kicked out of school, you wouldn't want that to happen would ya?!"
George; "Let me think about this 🤔🙄😏"
How could you wait until the last minute to do my homework?!
Think, McFly, Think!
If Biff was smarter, he'd make George do his Homework in what looks like BIFF'S handwriting. ;)
George's hesitation at 1:03 🤣
Должна быть 10ти часовая версия этого момента 🤣👌
“Hey, Dad! George! Hey, you on the bike!”
😂
Fun things is that the script to portrait Biff was an awesome and light hearted dude.
He even made a funny song about what people ask him about BTTF.
Hey Dad, George. Hey you on the bike. haha
"Don't be so gullible McFly"
I still say that around the office.
Are they a bunch of slackers too?
Everything about this scene is perfect. Perfectly composed, acted, edited. Brilliance.

"Think, McFly Think!"
I love the acting..! What a beautiful sequence.
The best trilogy that never failed....
Indeed:
In a german movie-podcast in last April, they asked the audience for the "Perfect Movie-Trilogy" in History.
The Best: BTTF 1-3
"Biff, get a load of this guy's life preserver. Dork thinks he's gonna drown."
Says the guy wearing unnecessary gloves during summer.
And the guy wearing 3D glasses
George's evolution is just so brilliant. When he accepted being bullied he had no issues seeing Marty bullied, he didn't have the guts to openly pursue the girl he liked, and as an adult he took his wife and his family for granted, never fighting for one thing in his life. But all along he had been writing about scifi heroes who lived in the opposite way. Thanks to Marty he had a chance to decide again and become the real man he always admired and tame the evil in his life, represented by Biff.
This movie is perfect in so many ways
"Hey McFly! What do you think you're doin'?"
“Biff!”
Goldie really does prevent some kind of catastrophe by interrupting Marty and George.
the way George was like "What?" all nervously after Marty was hardcore staring at him 😂
There was something a bit off kilter about Crispín Glover’s performance in this movie that made the character of George McFly seem a lot weirder and more distinctive than a standard ‘80s movie nerd.
It’s flats the flounder from spongebob at 0:33 hahahah
I’ll remember that when I’m kicking your butt
@@jacksonsmith4935 hahahaha
You think this is funny?
Well, Mr. Funny-Man....is this how you get your sick kicks?!
"a colored Mayer, that'll be the day." XD
what day? lol
It's an expression to imply it's very likely not to happen.
we have a biff level intelligence here boys.
-_-
@Vancla come on don’t be rude
"You wouldn't want me to get kicked out, would you? Think, Mcfly think!"
00:21 Here ya go. This cup of coffee that I've had sitting here for a couple of hours, waiting for someone to order it.
