I have been following you for a few years now and regularly incorporate some of your exercices into my practice. Hips up, legs up are favorites, just love them. I continue to appreciate your generosity and level of teachings. You teach to many age groups (I'm 77) presenting teachings that do healing and prevention of harm. This really sets you apart and I do thank you so!

Wow watching this video and listening to your voice and this sooth calming music is so relaxing. Does this stretch help or fix anterior pelvic tilt? I'm going to check out the rest of your videos and information you have as well. I have been suffering with apt for awhile and it's causing my back pain and, like you know apt leads to other problems in the body as well. Thank you kindly for your wonderful videos I truly appreciate you. Wishing you a healthy, safe, and prosperous new year filled with many blessings 🙏

I'm so glad you enjoyed the video! Hips up time may help relieve tension and imbalances related to anterior pelvic tilt, but to truly fix excessive pelvic tilt you'll need to get to the root cause of the issue. I suggest seeing a physical therapist for an evaluation, and you can also check out this video of mine: Correcting Anterior Pelvic Tilt + My Personal Alignment Issues ruclips.net/video/SgVrpc3nW0A/видео.htmlsi=024-Fdf2NU2zG9UU or this newer one that has great info about pelvic tilt and pelvic health challenges: Posture Hacks for Prolapse!
