Andrew, what a terrific job uou did not only saving but customising as well. What you do and the reason you do it is such a wonderful thing. Some child is going to very happy with their choice.
I like that classic Ford Pick-up customized. It's always nice to find another way to keep playing with little cars. Special mention to that roll bar. Greetings and thanks for the fun 👍
Looks really good, laying in three colours then the large decals just makes this perfect. What a great raid on the parts bin for chassis, windshield and roll bar. The jeweled lights work great, what a creative venture this was and the result is stunning. Going to make one of your recipient kids very happy.
Yes, Norman, I got lucky with the spare parts on this one. The supply is growing a little bit at a time with used wheels, windshields, etc. I'd grab for this 4X4 first if I was a little kid. Memories of the Lion King and Jurassic Park. Have a great day!
Thank you for the support and comment on the channel. I really enjoyed the work you put into these diecasts. I look forward to watching more vid's soon. Subd 👍
Thank you ..its my first time to your channel but I'm not new to the hobby that was a beautiful looking Ford pickup truck you did ..thank you for spending the time to show everyone your skills I will be looking forward to your next video..thank friend and have a bless day .
Thanks Gordon, and welcome to my channel. I'm glad you found it. I appreciate your kind feedback too. Come on back and look around. I'm just new at this, but having lots of fun, which is the main thing. You have a great. day too!
I love those truck beds you make. Good job on the decals. You are getting more and more creative with these. Still love that you give them away. I think from now on for every few I get in I'll pick ones to donate to the kiddos too.
Hi Jordan, thanks for all the return visits. This truck was my first attempt at anything like a modification. It was done with the kids in mind, so off it goes to the Goodwill. I'm happy to know you'll be doing the same! Hope all is well. Stay safe, brother.
Awesome custom! Very patient with those decals! My favorite details are the bed wood and light bar. I have one of these model trucks in real life; a 1967 f100, so this really hits home!
Wicked results Andrew, very impressed in what you do for the kids, free cars, absolute legend, this is why I follow your channel brother, stay safe take care my friend Rgds KC Tasmania Australia
Wow absolutely amazing , very much respect for the work and skill that goes into restoring these. Typically I don’t have the attention span to watch a video from start to finish if it’s more than a few minutes long but this one kept me the whole way through. Thanks for sharing New sub 💥 Cheers 🍻
Hey, thanks for the sub! That's Canadian hospitality. I appreciate the kind words and feedback too. Enjoy the channel and come back often. Have a great day, brother.
Thanks for that. I appreciate your kind words. I wanted to make this a fun build for a young boy or girl who will receive this as a gift. Come back again and look around.
Thanks for the visit and the comment. I had some fun with this one. They all end up as gifts for kids, so it will get a second life, for sure. Have a great day.
Well done Andrew ,impressive job, lucky on the spare parts .about the missing comments ,I have that often, it goes to "likely spam" folder ,check that out ,you can release it back to inbox.2 👍up
Thanks, Laz. The spare parts bin is now able to supply me with a few needed bits like wheels and windshields. It was fun to build this one. My first venture into doing a custom.
Thanks 👍 I'm new at it! We're usually our own worst critics - at least I am - but having fun is the main thing. You experiment. You blow it. You try again, all on camera for everyone to see!
Many thanks for the sub. Cool. Yes, the classics bring back childhood memories for me, which is why I got into this hobby recently. Having fun. Come back often and look around. Have a great day today, brother.
I just got one of these the other day (in bad condition) I'm gonna Gaslands it out. BTW... I left a comment earlier, and noticed it's... gone. D'fuq? Anyway. This is a neat job You did :)
Great stuff Andrew 👏 The chassis you used has a Chevy grill and headlights, that's classic hot rodding. Now you have Matchbox purists and Ford purists unhappy. 🤣🤣👌👍✌
Thanks for the positive feedback, and yes, I'll continue the channel for sure. It's brand new. I just won't be able to produce 3 makeovers a week like I've been able to do during the COVID-19 lockdown. But I've got a 6 week summer holiday in July/August and can't really travel this summer, so I should be busy on the hobby bench.
Your mother in law doesn't need that tooth brush to brush her teeth anymore she can just pop them out and drop them in the striping solution and wala they're clean hehe !!!
Andrew, what a terrific job uou did not only saving but customising as well.
What you do and the reason you do it is such a wonderful thing. Some child is going to very happy with their choice.
Thanks, bud. I'd like this truck a lot if I was still a kid. Lots of imaginary safaris left in this one!

You had your lucky day couple times on that one! Windshield and bottom. Nice job👍
You got that right! I didn't have much of a boneyard inventory back then, but those couple of parts were just right for the Wild Life Truck. 🍁👊
Awesome! Don't you love it when things come together! Three thumbs up!
Had fun with this one, with the kids in mind. I would have loved this one, and made many an imaginary jungle expedition with it.

Now you're going way back to my early efforts. I remember that one being in rough shape to start with! Merry Christmas! 🍁🌲
It's always relaxing and fun watch your videos.
Glad to hear that! You're going way back in time to #44. I just reattempted this zebra stripe pattern over a paint fade on a Jeep Wrangler (#122). 🍁🦖
Wow! What vision you have. You made that tame old Fastwheels into a beast.
Yes, I had lots of fun with this one! Ready for another safari! 🍁

A true custom... I'm thoroughly impressed and entertained!

Wow , very nice . Well done :-)
Danke, Dimi. I enjoyed the creative process of putting this one together with different donor parts. Came out pretty good.
Nice off-road. Some kid will hunt coyotes or something with that truck.
You got that right! Probably end up with another broken windshield and parts lying all over the place. But that's what they're for - going wild.
There are replacement parts by restorers that they make
Yes, there are several good sources for replacement parts. It's often too costly for me though, due to shipping to Europe. Thanks for watching. 🍁☕️👍
