Waow that's a interesting topic . Loved it :) I just use those fruit in Fallout 1 and 2 when you use stimpack and you have like 2-4 hp left to make it full then i use some of those fruit to make my hp full again :) Ahh good old Mutfruit :)
@@quantumapprentice8120 Tolya its one of Great Khan's from fallout 1. When I 1st time play fallout 1, was really surprised coz Tolya its short form of Anatoliy name
thanks for your tutorial videos, i'm getting into modding and i feel like like an archeologue. it feels very lonely, are there other places the community hangs on in outside of youtube and NMA?
yeah a lot of the community has migrated to individual discord servers, for instance you can find an invite to the Mutants Rising discord on this page: www.nma-fallout.com/threads/mutants-rising.220268/ and others on this server can point to other servers for other modding communities. That being said, about half the Fallout modding communities were people who lived in Ukraine and Russia...and sadly world politics and war have upended a good chunk of the formerly active communities, as well as limiting communication between those countries and the rest of the world.
sorry, I misread your question, yes they did call it Fruit in Fallout 1, but there are several documents that shipped with the game (a script and attached .lst files) that called it Mutfruit. Meaning it had one name during development, then they changed it to just Fruit sometime before release.@@smiechu47
That's the most love I've seen towards "muitfruit" in a long time.
lol I just thought it was an interesting thing to make a video about
Great, now I'm hungry

Thank you!
This was a good ass video.
Thank you!
They call mud fruit cuz the va don’t know it stand for mutation
probably, but I wonder if the voice-over director at bethesda thought to make that note
Why do you say that Fallout 2 abandoned the fruit? It's still in the game.
they "abandoned" the script and the name "Mutfruit", and called it Fruit instead :)
@@quantumapprentice8120 It's not called Fruit in Fallout 1?
