What a great video. Exactly what I was searching. No need to look for any. Everything covered in very simple way .Lot of love bro.
How I get on: Left paddle 3/4th to the front. Place both your hands on the handlebar. Transfer your weight to the left paddle while placing the left leg on the paddle. As the cycle starts to gain momentum, swing your right leg towards the back over the seat while placing your right leg onto the right paddle which now will be pointed upwards, now place your butt on the seat and continue paddling.
How I get off: Pre-Position the left paddle downwards. When the cycle is about to come to a stop, I just swing my right leg backwards over the seat and hop off while putting the stand towards the ground at the same time. Smooth and Easy. (By the time I hop off the cycle comes to a halt.)
I have been riding a bicycle since I was 7 or 8 years old, may be younger. So all this comes naturally to me, sort of like I'm pre-programed to it. Learnt to ride a bicycle with the one my father used to run errands with, which was pretty big for me at that time.
Hung on to the cycle with my right hand while steering with my left hand and paddling with the feet. When it came to braking, I would transfer my body weight to the left leg and paddle, move my right hand over to the right side of the handlebar and then apply the brakes. The rear brake usually performed poorly so I was used to applying both the brakes.

Low saddle height : stunt , rough roads
High saddle : while riding on road for better efficiency of ur legs ( according to ur hip height) if its higher than its should be then 🐣

You are correct. I recommend that you should start doing cycling from the age or 7 atleast.i am doing cycling from the age of three. If you start doing cycling from an early age you can have better experience with cycling
