This is the only video I’ve found helpful. Everyone else just shows how to hook the fridge up to an already installed water hookup in the wall, which didn’t apply to me and my old house as the water line is located in the basement. Thank you so much!

Can I use this type of water hookup for a water cooler in the living room of a house and plumb it from a bathroom sink cold water connection from under the sink of course. I would be going straight through one wall from the living room to an adjacent bathroom. They share the same wall.
That would be just fine and just make sure your connections work for your stuff you’re doing!
