      Already the new realestate prediction has lowered after the congress is in power. Hyderabad growth has been declined 26% with in a year. Silicon valley of Asia is only possible if BRS and KTR has governence.

      He hasn't been in power in Hyd since 2004, and at that time, not even 3 companies in Gachibowli.. mostly only Madhapur/Hitec City had any offices. But you're still here trying to steal the credit. He's been in power in Hyd for 9 years, by end of this tenure in AP, he'll have been in power in Amravati for 10 years, which means 1 year more than in Hyd, so Amravati has to become better than Hyd, so let's see if he's an actual visionary or just a credit stealer.
      In any case, let me tell you a story. There was a guy who hasn't been with his wife for 3 years, but his wife still got pregnant. Now he's saying it's my hard work, and without me the baby wouldn't have existed. Can you guess who that person is? 😂

    Kokapet metro ( & metro depot also ) was announced by Telangana govt in the budget.
    This will add to 100s of other developments . By 2030 Kokapet will look like Singapore/Dubai.

    A modern city shouldn't have electricity poles and hanging electricity wires everywhere.
    African cities have underground electricity wires, but hyderbad have overhead hanging wires everywhere
