    This is perfect timing!!! I have a cup of leftover steamed cauliflower that we ate tonight. Gonna make this first thing tomorrow!!! Looks so yummmyyy 😋Thank you 🥦Mum!!!!!!

    looks good. be careful if you are trying to stay in a weight loss zone. the calories in this recipe are ~750 before any chocolate chips. might want to cut in 1/2 or 3/4 if for one person.

      Frozen cauliflower will break your Vitamix blades.. Trust me from my experience lol

      My store has a selection of Asian products, it should be there as it is a common ingredient in Japan.

      You mean the dates? Organic medjool dates are the best. Not the little kind of dry chalky ones but the ooey gooey carnel-y ones. SOOO GOOD! You can find them in the produce section usually but sometimes on hidden shelves. At our grocery store they are all the way on the bottom shelf on a nuts and dried fruit display in our Publix produce section. 😋

      She uses miso paste in most sweet things for a bit of saltiness.

      It’s miso paste, in the refrigerated section. Any Asian market will have it, most regular supermarkets I’ve seen it in the refrigerated section with the vegan foods like tofu. If they have different kinds you want white or yellow miso. The red and brown misos are quite strong.

    Those chocolate drops were 100% not vegan.
    I’m a chef of 22yrs and have used that brand the last 15yrs

      From what I could read in the ingredient list, it says might contain milk, so it's your choice to use or not
