The first 20 seconds of the start is always such a stampede, I don't know how you do it. My eyes can't even follow you sometimes. Too bad about the brake bolt but as we say on the farm "shit happens". I enjoy the dry track runs more than the mud. I also like to hear you talk about the race. Good video JW. Peace.

Bro you just need a COUPLE of minor adjustments on your technique I think.. and then the biggest thing is you need a mental coach.. you are good mentally but I promise all of the greats are not the best technically but are all the best on the mental side
