Listening this in 2019. Still one of the nicest Radix-s track, together with Emilie and Peekaboo and Evidence.

It's uncanny how these seemingly straight-forward Radix composition can have such a powerful impact on people. I know I'm not the only one. It's deeply moving and impossible to fend off. I actually don't want to listen to these tunes too often because of the strange emotional effect they tend to have. And I can't find any technical reasons behind it, it's just a fairly straight-forward tracker tune (albeit, very well executed on a technical level and quite inspired). There's something to the harmonies, progressions and arrangement but I have a hard time understanding why exactly it's so powerful. Another example is "Little Adventure" - very simple, very short chip tune that almost destroys me for some reason. It's very strange. Oh, well, kudos to Radix for putting this out in the world for people to enjoy :) (or to be profoundly emotionally drained by)

He tends to use that time signature now and again. Just check out the tunes on Aerials (under the "Mosaik" moniker), like "Leandi" (ruclips.net/video/_N-f4sSU75I/видео.html). He makes it sound really interesting :D.

      @@radrolla3406 I honestly can't tell the difference between 7/4 and 7/8 :p

@@Rael0505 the bottom number is the more value per beat so 7/8 means an eight note counts as one out of those 7 beats while 7/4 means a quarter note counts as one. Usually the more beats per measure, the lower the note value, so 7/8 is most likely correct. However that doesn’t mean that all 7 beat scores are 7/8. There exist 5/8 and 5/4, 3/4 and 3/8, and a ton of others, which further adds to just how complex music really is. I hope i helped out at least a little bit :)

@@radrolla3406 thanks! In my mind, it's more of a notation difference. I'm not sure when it's better to regard something as 7/4 vs 7/8. :)
