Great start up Javonne; mango salsa is good and tangy. And for me eating before six makes a lot of difference and no acid reflux. Sautés veggies especially sweet peppers and red onions they’re the bomb. Healthy wraps. U already know what works for it’s just hard stayin the coarse. Hang in there 💕💕🌹🌹

Yes girl I’m right there with you, I started back walking last week and my hip locked up on me on Thursday evening😮. I quite a bit older than you, so I’m already feeling the Arthur and his brother itis😂. We got this though walking 3 days a week 3 to 4 miles, we got this girl 💪🏾

I think it's all about how you feel on the inside by that I mean your organs are acting right everything's in order on the inside I just celebrated my birthday and it popped up on Facebook and my niece asked me why don't I let everybody know it's my 70th birthday so they can see how good I look I told her it's not about what you look like on the outside it's really about how you physically feel on the inside and yes when I was younger they used to refer to my body as a brick house but I was 4 ft 11" and you know as you get older you get shorter and I gained weight I think I reached 163 pounds and that's when I started working out I get on my stationary bike almost every day I went from 163 to140 in a month and I love to eat but I got tired of wearing sweats but the ideal weight I would like to have and stick to and I will is 130lb
I want to start walking out but there I live is really really cold outside 😊

You should go to the doctor and get a full physical and see what exactly food wise to cut down on and get a dietician. When it comes to people at a certain age, that route is better than younger people who can just go to the gym and cut calories etc and lose the weight easier.

Ýes I was thinking used the frozen mangoes 🥭 😂 I'm allergic to them and kiwi two flavors I can live without. To me a mangoes taste like a funky peach, and kiwi don't really have a flavor to me its just sweet lol!
