Ingredients
2-3 kg of flour
500 ml of milk
100g dry yeast
10 eggs
400g sugar
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of sour cream
lemon rind of 2 lemons
10g of vanilla sugar
250g of butter
200g of raisins
1 egg for topping
For the icing
14 tbsp of powdered sugar
several drops of lemon juice
2-3 tbsp of egg white
