in principal good idea .. but you dont have to keep sharpening that long get the shape sharrp then reheat treat then it will keep sharp

that drill steel is mild steel. u must to need hardened it before..

Nothing mild about a masonry drill bit. Just think… it’s hard enough to drill concrete!
