Great video thank you! Have you seen people having joint issues because of dairy and also skin issues? I lose sleep when I eat cheese at night, but it is mostly because my skin gets itchy.

Thanks James. That is really interesting. Only way to find out is to play around with it and keep a food and symptom diary...!

There are a couple of videos that explain a lot about the mutation that modern cows have that changes the format of the casein protein. Basically, modern cow's milk has casein type A1 (which is allergenic) and old-world cow's milk has casein type A2 (which is "inert").
My biggest problem is rinitis and sinusitis and I really think it has to do with cheese especially since I don't drink milk.
Every time I avoid cheese all symptoms get really better, which is annoying as f. cause I love cheese.

The hysteria about not drinking milk equating to weak bones baffles me. So many other foods have more calcium.

    Hi there
Fantastic video and im really hopeful this could be the answer im looking for
Age 47 felt poorly since age 6 Headaches fatigue joint pain lots of symptoms that have been worse in the last 10 years
When i was a baby doctors said i was milk intolerant but then apparently i grew out of it ?
Headaches continued throughout whole life with sleep problems and jaw & ear pain
I believe i overlooked it until my perimenopause seemed to exacerbate things
Im going to try going dairy free for a couple of months to see if i feel better ❤ xxx

Hi Helen, ah sorry to hear that. Let me know how it goes. Good luck and ensure your diet is substituted since you ate going dairy free.

Hi Nishti, excellent video. My wife used to get recurrent otitis media, then in around about 1999, she saw an episode of the Oprah Winfrey show where a doctor talked about a link between CMA and otitis media . As she was sick to death of having this problem, she thought she would give up dairy. Guess what, within weeks, no more problems!. No more antibiotics since. When she told one of the local ENT consultants she was seeing in her job as a medical rep that going dairy free had changed her life as no more ear problems, his reaction was one of ridicule

Peter Horrocks Hi Peter! This means the world to me. I know it’s controversial stuff but I have to speak my truth and it’s so lovely for a fellow professional to praise what I do.
I can believe your wife recovered so well with otitis media following a dairy free diet! I see it time after time in kids but not in adults. I will keep this in mind now. Thank u Peter. :)
