Hi there Fantastic video and im really hopeful this could be the answer im looking for Age 47 felt poorly since age 6 Headaches fatigue joint pain lots of symptoms that have been worse in the last 10 years When i was a baby doctors said i was milk intolerant but then apparently i grew out of it ? Headaches continued throughout whole life with sleep problems and jaw & ear pain I believe i overlooked it until my perimenopause seemed to exacerbate things Im going to try going dairy free for a couple of months to see if i feel better ❤ xxx

So.... what's thé solution ? How van a baby alreday be allergic to milk ? I thought breast milk preserves it from many things...

How long can you keep this batch?

My child is almost 3 and still haven't out grown it cmpa . But always tolerated soya yoghurt. She also has allergy to acidic fruits like pineapple, kiwi and orange etc. Accidently she had yoghurt and had a reaction skin urticaria and eczema and runny nose..

I had cmpa on and off my whole life..I have 3 children who have cmpa.. all have constant ear infections(2 have ear tubes).. two had bad constipation.. one had the worst night reflux.. I have always believed this was due to milk allergy, but however the allergists always say to not stop giving milk so they can become tolerant.. two have become resistant already!

As a former pro cook I've tasted a lot of varieties of food in my life, at point it does get boring yeah, but to complain about it after eating from one bad take away... It is definitely not cheap here, u do realize where we are geographically right? We have to ship everything. To compare us to Scandinavian countries? But the good side is we plant our own shit, at my place I have lots of varieties of bananas, mango, jackfruit, red and blue coconuts, golden apple, lemons, passionfruit, chili, capsicum, sweet potato, guava, pumpkins and others that i do not know the English names...and the weekends I go fishing. most Seychellois have other skills apart from what they do for a living, so we can do other things to get money. for example, I cook at weddings or parties on the weekends, or go fishing, I cut hair, I fix computers, and during the school holidays (my main job is a teacher) I do lumberjack work or become a part time fisherman, so being versatile is what makes you money in Seychelles

Wow, what did they give to babies for thousands of years before formula. Really. Then why did all and I mean all stomach issues, ear infections, colic stop after switching to cows milk years ago. On two of my kids.

I tried both, both give me big bloating...but cow milk low fat kefir works for me not sure why...I will try raw cow milk, I tried goat milk cheese and it gave me big bloat...

I m from delhi ,india ...My twin babies was taken buffalo milk for 3 months ...and then i switch to other buffaloes milk then after 4-5 days vomiting dehydration rashes on hips starts and admitted in nicu for 5 days .... Isomil soy formula started but not much improvement after 4 days they again hospitalized....now aptamil pepti has been given to them ..... Can it work or not if u know something about this

Hi, my breastfed baby was diagnosed with non ige cmpa but it has been 8 weeks since i have eliminated all dairy from my diet, blood in his stool has decreased but still seeing few drops of blood every now and then, can you suggest anything regarding this?

I appreciate all of your content so much as there's not much about this in the US nor have I heard of it until I came across a podcast! ♡ I do have a question, my son drinks milk based formula as well as breast milk (I consume dairy). He has eczema but it's mostly dry skin and light patches of pink on his legs and arms only; however, when I try to give him whole milk yogurt, he gets rashes all over his body and his eczema basically worsens. So my question is how is he allergic and having a big reaction to yogurt but not my breast milk or his formula? Thank you in advance! ♡
