Just made them. Added lemon zest of one lemon into mine and they are amazing. I’m sure without lemon they are amazing too, I just felt like having something lemony flavour lol ❤

I'm going to dip mine in Organic Raw Cacao Powder mixed with heated Organic Unrefined Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, and a few drops of peppermint oil around the holidays can be added to the Cacao mix . I think this will be a nice alternative. I'm not able to buy chocolate chips because the ingredients list poorly.

And I feel better just looking at your macaroons and imaging the pleasure I will have to eat them all when I do them next week-end. Yes, lock down will be a good reason not to share them with anyone!
