@ clean and delicious- Dani, Thank you so much! This is good. I keep 100% cacao butter on hand so when I use melted chocolate, I just add more cacao butter to it instead of the coconut oil. Works the same, but the cacao butter just gives it a little bit more depth of a chocolate taste. 😋

I was going to add coconut to your already amazing banana oatmeal cookies but never did it. Either wait I'm so happy and thankful for you sharing these great recipes. Also, very healthy versions that I can indulge in without feeling guilty😊

I made these yesterday and my husband and I absolutely loved it! I wanted more than just 12 cookies so I used 4 bananas and 3 cups of shredded coconut. It made 20 cookies. I used both unsweetened and sweetened coconut. I also added 1 tsp vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. SO yummy, super easy and the best part is that it's vegan! Thanks Dani!
Absolutely love this recipe and definitely have to try it. I used the 3 ingredient banana oatmeal cookie routinely and love it. I love the fact that it is simple AND HEALTHY with no added sugar or sugar substitutes. Thank you!!! Love your channel!
I have been using your recipe for my healthy life style. My son has no idea he is eating healthy. I no longer buy biscuits etc for his snack. I just make your cookies and mini muffin cup on Sundays and boom he is eating healthy as ever. Thanks a million Danny your a great chef...

Best healthy cokkies recepie ever🥰 I added some grinded oats/ chocolate stevia and suggar free gingerbread spice. Oh and the chocolate i made in double boiler with coconut oil and dark unsweetened cacao powder and 2 teespoons of xylit. 😍😍😍

I have just made them, and they are undeniably good. Very good, in fact! And I didn't even bother to toast the coconut. Next time - and there definitely will be a next time - will try toasting the flakes. The ratio of simplicity to taste is absolutely great!
