    Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a lake in Sweeden (with a floating soap)with the man your man could smell like.
    What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s papaya soap leaves. Look again, the soap is now a bar of soap with $50 inside it. Anything is possible when your man smells like Imperial Leather and not a lady. I’m on RUclips.”

    Lovely video, truly extraordinary the rare soap you collect. Shame I didn´t come across it 6 years ago on it´s release date. You see I am myself a proud Swedish bathe and soap enjoyer. And that soap you used is quite common in Sweden. However, it is most common in the brackish (salty) water of the Baltic sea. Its literal translation as said on the package is "Saltwater soap" and it is designed to work well in salt water. Beyond that, great video. Cheers!

    Ivory brand soap is also buoyant. This is because the stirring process used in its manufacture incorporates air bubbles into it. (Floating soap is the perfect thing to take sailing, btw. If your craft sinks, you can easily wash yourself ashore.)

    Ivory soap is what I grew up using and I found out here recently the makers of that soap put a lot of air in it to make it float. If you put it in the microwave it will swell up and you will see the air pockets. Very strange looking but satisfying to watch while it is in the microwave and see the end result!

    Ivory soap by P&G was designed to float.

    • @rich1051414
      @rich1051414 9 лет назад +8

      Well, the floating part was a happy accident to be fair :P
      They whipped the soap to be milder on the skin, and it turned out to trap enough air to make it float.
      Microwave it and it grows from the expanding trapped air.

    Whoever came up with the idea of placing money inside a bar of soap is a genius. That’s one way to make someone take a bath😅
