This is so nicely presented! You make it feel like anyone can do this...thank you so much, it looks amazing and you're right about the vibrant colors 💖
Nicely made video, clean, clearly narrated, and no overpowering background music; I was planning to use a different S&S chicken recipe tonight but now will try yours. Thank you.
Thank you so much for sharing these wonderful recipes! I have already have learned your velveting technique and the chicken and mushrooms and garlic. It was so good and I look forward to cooking more❤😊
Looks delicious! Can't wait to try this! You didn't waste alot of time. You got right into the recipe. Thank you for that direct approach and not wasting time. I'll be back to your channel.😁
If you don't have pineapple juice, you can use low sodium chicken broth or water instead, but keep in mind that the flavor will be different. This recipe really shines when you use pineapple juice - it tastes fantastic with it. 😊
Stir frying is easier with a wok. All that mixing and stirring is easier in a wok than in a sauce pan. But you can use a saute pan to make this as well. It might get messy but it’s doable. 😊
I use Pearl River Bridge (珠江桥牌)or Kikkoman. You can find them in Asian grocery stores (cheaper than Amazon). Here are the links on Amazon in case you can’t find them or want to see pictures: amzn.to/3DLSJ0b, amzn.to/3YpZdvc. 😊
Yes, you can reuse oil from frying chicken. Strain the oil to remove any food particles and debris, and store it in a cool, dark place. However, after multiple uses, the oil can break down and become less effective for frying, so it's best to replace it eventually. 😊
Can you use breast instead of thighs. Any way to make this egg free, i have an allergic toddler 😅. Ive fried with fish fry stuff and it stuck to the pan BAD

Hello , do you really need a wok ?
Stir frying is easier with a wok. All that mixing and stirring is easier in a wok than in a sauce pan. But you can use a saute pan to make this as well. It might get messy but it’s doable. 😊
Would you please do a video explaining sweet and sour pork?
Will do! Stay tuned!
@@eliasfamilykitchen4588 Looking forward to it. I LOVE sweet n sour pork. I'm sure everyone else would too.
Hi and thank you for the recipe.
Wich type of soysauce are you using?
I use Lee Kim Kee and Pearl River Bridge brands
Even though i didn't let the chicken rest at all still tastes juicy. That's the most important thing I guess.
What brand of "White Rice Wine" do you use? I would like to order some, so ALL my ingredients are authentic. Thank you.

Can you reuse the oil ? From cooking chicken

Is it possible to make this with fish? If so, what fish would you use?
Yes, I would use swai white fish. 😊
my sister is made it
Am i hearing correctly? She says octopus flour, If it is what this is. if I'm wrong, what is being said.
😂all purpose
😂😂😝
Can you use breast instead of thighs.
Any way to make this egg free, i have an allergic toddler 😅. Ive fried with fish fry stuff and it stuck to the pan BAD
Yes 😊
Looks good but if I value my health I would not be using Oil...
