Can you use the magic sauce for fried rice. How long can you save the sauce? Also, if I like sauce gravy style what amount of corn starch and water should I use?
Yes! You can use it on fried rice or noodles. If you keep it in the fridge, it can keep for a month. For gravy style sauce, use 1 tsp corn starch with 1/4 cup sauce. Sometimes it’s hard to tell how much sauce is in the pan, so if you feel like it’s not thick enough, add more as needed (1/2 tsp corn starch mixed with 1 tbsp water at a time).
@@eliasfamilykitchen4588 ….Thank you for your response. Oh and how can I make it spicy…do I add chili flakes or jalapeño? I am looking forward to trying your recipes.
@@majestic6303 Definitely! Add spicy fresh peppers and cook with Anaheim peppers. If you are using chili flakes, add after adding meat to the wok to avoid burning it. Or serve with sriracha and chili oil. Enjoy! 😊
Can you leave the beef marinated in baking soda overnight for next day cooking? Or should we rinse the beef right away after 30 min to remove the baking soda, then marinate the beef for next day cooking?
Looks so yummy 😃
Thanks, Eli
Will be preparing them soon.
