    • @rodemic
      @rodemic  Год назад +4

      The Wireless ME is designed to be super easy to use and give you incredible sound out of the box with minimal setup required. It offers some cool unique features too, like Gain Assist and a mic built into the receiver. The Wireless GO II offers more advanced features, like on-board recording, safety channel, flexible control over the output level, and a screen for checking audio levels and other settings. We will have a blog post up shortly that breaks this down in more detail, along with a few videos 😊

    rode wireless go 3 should now arrive. We should be able to connect it to the phone like the dji brand without a cable and it should have a charging box. In addition, for internal sound recording, we have to turn it on and off with the button on it, without dealing with software. Wireless handheld microphone attachment and magnets should come from the package. The number of microphones should not remain constant with 2, either. We should be able to connect as many microphones as we want.

    Awesome!!!!!! well done @RØDE 1) what's the difference between Wireless Go II and ME? 2) Does it have 32-bit float recording? 3) Wireless Go II and ME work together perfectly? (i afraid that when ME with gain assist used with Wireless Go II in video shooting or podcast&streaming sounds different) 4) Will the gain assistant or auto leveling feature be coming to the Wireless GO II via firmware update?

    • @rodemic
      @rodemic  Год назад +1

      Good questions Ismael,
      1) Wireless ME is designed to be super easy to use and give you incredible sound out of the box with minimal setup required. It offers some cool unique features too, like Gain Assist and a mic built into the receiver. The Wireless GO II offers more advanced features, like on-board recording, safety channel, flexible control over the output level, and a screen for checking audio levels and other settings.
      2) It doesn’t have 32-bit float recording (or on-board recording like the Wireless GO II), but with GainAssist activated, you are much less likely to clip your camera’s input because the audio will be nice and balanced, with the peaks in volume reduced. Let us know if 32-bit float is something you want to see in future wireless products!
      3) You can find out more about how Wireless ME and Wireless GO II TXs can work together here: rode.com/en/user-guides/wireless-me#:~:text=Pairing%20Multiple%20Transmitters the gain setting for Wireless GO II when connected is the same as the current coarse gain control settings (low, mid, high) via RØDE Central or Capture.
      4) Keep an eye out for more info on this!

    Rode, I would like to give you advice on something which might be trivial but I know for a lot of people it is not. Don't slap enormous logos and text on your products! People mostly like clean, unlabeled stuff more. It's not a problem to have a small logo or text, and that is totally fine. But on this product, you covered the whole surface with a logo! And that was not enough so you added small text below it. Also, on my NT1-A pop filter, why is there a print? I had to buy a new one because I didn't like it. I know a lot of people love your products and appreciate your work and innovations. But too much advertising is not good. People get annoyed by it. I hope you will see this post, and change those things in the future. Peace!

    Hey guys!
    Still trying to find an answer to my question as none of the RUclipsrs responded back but hopefully you do!
    So I'm a DJ and recently I bought the Insta360 X3 camera for footages from my events, but to ensure better sound quality footage I've been thinking if a microphone like WIRELESS ME would work?
    So what my issue is that I don't know if the microphone would work in the scenario being that I would be having the camera with both transmitter and the receiver at my DJ booth, which can be anywhere between 10-20 meters away from the crowd/dancefloor.
    Would it still be able to capture their sounds/screams/and them singing along and so on? Like general dancefloor reactions together with the music?
    I mean I was thinking that if the camera's own microphones can capture the sounds, then the Røde WIRELESS ME surely should be able to capture sounds (most probably better)? Or what is your take on it?

      Hi Dwayne, thanks for choosing a RØDE product for your content creation! That's correct, in most cases you won't need to purchase any additional accessories for the Wireless ME as it comes with the cables required to connect to Lightning and USB-C devices.
      You can find the User Guide here: rode.com/en/user-guides/wireless-me or by scanning the QR code on the box.
      We would recommend downloading the latest version of RØDE Central onto your desktop computer, and connecting each unit one at a time via USB to ensure the firmware has been updated.
      If that doesn't fix the issue, the next step is to contact our friendly Service Team so that they can troubleshoot with you. You can reach them here: rode.com/contact

    • @rodemic
      @rodemic  5 месяцев назад +1

      Well, if you used an adaptor like the VXLR Pro to plug your Wireless reciever into one XLR combo port on a RØDECaster Pro II, you would have the audio from your Wireless reciever on that channel, but they wouldn't be separated onto multiple channels. Does that make sense? If you wanted to separate those channels, you could use an SC11 splitter and two VXLRs.

This is because there are many many cameras and camera drivers to develop for in the Andoid ecosystem, compared to iOS.
