My late wife of 20 years was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer out of the blue at age 39, died 5 months later after we were told she would live decades (estrogen dependent cancer). She only trusted me, nobody else, to go with her to doctors appointments. And still she died. So for me it was a great failure, and it took me a long time to analyze it and come to some sort of peace with it. I felt, and still at times do, that I failed her. In my most important part of life, protecting my love, I failed. But I did learn from it and am growing. The story has not ended yet. I still have breath.
Bloody hell, i cant feel you pain but understand the torment our minds go through looking for answers when there are none other than bad shit sometimes happens. Which is an unacceptable answer to our questions. Its a horrible feeling, our minds are usually racing but hit overload, emotions spill, and we feel out of control. Hey guys INFJ here : have an INTJ bff I just wanna say you guys are 75%sigma what I learned by interacting with my fellow ni user is INTJs are bit arrogant yes you are competitive but you should realise not matter how smart we are we can be wrong too… And the other thing is this personality fails to recognise other people emotions ie empathy which is crucial in dealing with humans.. work on that and you will be an example of 100% I think more feeler intj and more rational infj are perfect examples of sigmas.
There are better, deeper and authentic channels to learn about INTJ and other types. We are not arrogant, and we don't fail to recognize emotions, compassion is better than empathy. Good luck to prove an INTJ is wrong, we hope they will come with Te facts.

A couple of points as i see them. INTJs are logical thinkers, its totally illogical to think we know everything. Ive left people looking very confused when describing my thoughts on subjects/ positions to them. I look at it like ive pulled a Rubik's cube from my head and welcome other people to attack it and find fault. I dont see that attack as being against me personally, im just sharing what i have and they can help me make it stronger. The most important thing to me is when i put it back in my head it'll be better. Its either stronger for having held up or its stronger because somebody has found fault or helped me view an aspect of it in a different way. For me and i imagine other INTJs we wont pull that cube from our heads unless we've stressed tested for probably 100s of hours in our inner worlds, so most times whatever the attack we've already thought about it. We can play devil's advocate to our thoughts very well. If we haven't done that with a subject or position, then we'll mainly listen and ask questions and begin creating a new cube for that position. Second: The emotional / blunt side i dont get. Again as problem solvers we can easily understand other people operate with more emotion and tamper our language to suit. Human interaction being so important should be an area an INTJ has given plenty of thought to. Shit i replay conversations in my head all the time, some come back from years ago and i ponder how i could've said or handled it better. Perhaps younger INTJs have these problems at times, the older mature INTJ should handle people just fine. The real challenge for an INTJ, can they beat an AI superintelligence? We don't know on this planet, because it hasn't happened yet. But I suspect that if it is possible, only an INTJ will figure it out.
