I am a Gambian who lived my entire adult life abroad. I do not believe and respect people that marry anyone just to have your citizenship. Brother I respect you for staying with your family till death do you apart.
I can tell you as a Nigerian married to an American Caucasian for 16 years and counting raising 3 beautiful children interracial marriage isn’t for the faint hearted but, it’s a beautiful thing. I love their story and the genuine connection between them. God bless you and your beautiful daughters.

My marriage couldn’t withstand my husband’s friends who did not want us to be together. I’m African American and ex-husband is Egyptian. After 11 years I couldn’t take it anymore. I told him go marry your friends since their opinion mattered so much. Things did get worst once he got his citizenship.

I really commend this young man for the stand he took in his marriage.
It makes me sick at how some of our African people think that everyone who marries someone from another race is after citizenship. It used to be like that, especially for men because men had a habit of marrying for the passport. However, things have changed. Men are now marrying these ladies for love.

What a wonderful couple and I applaud the husband for opening up on his misstake. He followed the Bible principle in that both the good and the bad both were recorded for us to follow. Hi Lynn How does one contact you? I need you to speak to someone on the GMO issue. Gen Z needto unclude the GMO matter in their list of demands. You need to speak to Rutendo Matinyarate a Zimbabwean guy who is beating the drum on this matter. He is from Zim but he is beating the drum based on the effect GMO has had on people (causing cancer) in Kenya, Zim, Malawi and SA. Please contct him and give him a platform. Kenyans need to him him speak on this matter (as well as other matters) Thanking you in advance.
This issue of GMOs needs to be addressed. Enriching people and slowly affecting generations into the future. Lord help us. There was a good reason God placed Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden and not the Sahara desert😊

In fact the parents chip in to the expenses of the wedding and I talk about it having some experience.
If it was an African girl getting married the folks would have gladly accepted dowry it would have been their chance to omoka. But philip was a changed man

Phil I listened to your love story with keen interest because I have been in a similar relationship for 14 years now! The three big things you must appreciate and honor your wife for is first and foremost that she is a woman of deep faith in our Lord! Not many white people today have such faith!That is where you must also be extremely careful the way you treat her,honoring her is also honoring God! There is a spirit of God over you and your fam, in other words what you do in the dark will be revealed and not only that , but definitely punished! Secondly she chose you over family, unusual!
