These Srixons and the Bridgestone E12 Softs are my two favorite low-cost golf balls. Highly recommend especially for beginners. Take all the help you can get out there.

Been using the soft feels for several years now and must say this review is very accurate.
They are long for for me at the age of 65. I do hit a very decent 10°driver. I guess they are as accurate as the golfer that hits them. A hard pull and you may not find it but can't say I lose many. The name soft feel isn't kidding. For a $20 on average box of balls they do have a quiet, soft feel coming off the club and I love it. Can't stand a ball that feels like you are hitting a rock. I'm not a big spin doctor but with my ball height have no complaints about sticking greens.
The temptation to try other balls doesn't compel me although I may try a sleeve of other Srixon models.
I buy only LG televisions, Nissan cars, Marantz stereo and Srixon soft feel. I'm a price vs quality guy and can't see spending more for hyped up advertising. Srixon soft feel tickles my fancy.

I bought some of the Srixon Soft feel older 324 dimple from Target on sale for $11 a dozen. I have to say that these balls are pretty nice. I have seen some reviews where the spin isn't that great and I have not seen this. They spin just fine around the green with 9 iron through lob wedge. I haven't used Pro V1 so I don't know how they compare, but I can't imagine I need any more spin than what I am getting with the Soft Feel. My ball is hitting the green and checking up pretty quickly. I don't know what it is... either I'm playing the best golf of my life or these balls are just more forgiving, but the ball gives me a lot of confidence. They do feel SUPER soft and it takes a bit of getting used to when putting. I know I have read that a soft ball means a slow ball, but I'm not completely sure about these balls and distance. They might be a little shorter compared to other balls. I think I see more of a drop off when swinging a little easier, where the ball doesn't jump off the face as fast as some other balls... but that seems to go away once you start swinging a little harder. I know that doesn't make sense, but the distance gap between other brands seems to lessen the harder you swing. I'm not sure, but I have seen a compression rating of 60 to 71 for the Srixon soft feel balls. I don't know if this is bad data or just the difference between different generations of these balls. The Srixon site says 60 for the new generation (2020), and even that isn't as low as some other "soft feel" "low compression" balls out there. These balls are definitely worth giving a try if you like the soft feel off of your club...

Any one know how many dimples are on the latest edition of the Srixon Soft Feel. I see some that are 338 and some that are 324. I'm looking for the ball that has the best and latest technology.. or well ... the best ball . does anyone know which edition / year of the srixon soft feel is the best??

For me my favourite ball was the CALLAWAY BLUE a soft feel ball and suited my game HOWEVER THINGS CHANGE AND THEY DISCONTINUED THIS BALL. so I tried the the SRIXON SOFT GREEN 10 YRS AGO and then it was my ultimate ball but now I'm into yellow balls such as TITLEIST WILSON and SRIXON. Even CALLAWAY CHROME SOFT .I absolutely love the VOLVIC BALLS IN YELLOW OR ORANGE these have only one fault for me thier long so long I loose them on the dam fairway . Paul

Favorite ball is Bridgestone e12 best feel but value wise Srixon is the best especially when I just paid .90 per ball. If you want good balls I’d suggest buying from golfballsdirect they’re used 5a or 4a 1 third to 1 half the price and these balls been hit something like 4 5 holes maybe if that so it’s like buying the ball you lose on average a lot a lot of life left for the price

I wanted to like these but they were short on everything for me. 10-15 yards shorter on drives than supersofts, trufeels, pro v1’s.
