Such an underrated band. Captain Beyond's 1st album is a freaking masterpiece of psychedelia and hard rock. Mesmerization eclipse and Dancing Madly backwards are some of the most fun songs I've heard in years! Bobby caldwell is such a beast on the drums. Rod Evans carried the torch like a champ. great band and a great cover (although I thought the blast beats were too much).

great cover! not too crazy myself about that fast metal-shredding part, but with Friedman i guess they had to do it? ... other than that, they did justice to a great song by one of my favorite bands ever, the WAY underrated Captian Beyond. great drumming, btw. but Bobbyl Caldwell is the definitive drum god!
