I rode the 1300GS and I thought it sucked; my balls were getting crushed by the seating position and the shifter was more rough/harder to shift than the 1250GS. I have owned my 1250GS for 5 years and I think the 1300GS is a step back for sure. What did you do BMW!!!
1250gs still hold the best design

The 1250 is the gs. The new one lost almost everything what the gs means....
Ultimately it lost its true identity.. you have to look at the 1300GS as something other than a GS in the true sense of the word .. the last edition 1250GS with the shift cam was the best of that era .. & unfortunately this 1300GS is not actually sure what it is 🤷♂️ it will of course attract a handful of new owners, but ultimately it will loose a lot of present owners when they choose to upgrade .. we purchased a GS because it was different, because it had road presence & because it was all round one of the best out there, the quintessential 2x2 of the biking world 🌍… aesthetically is head and shoulders above the 1300GS all it actually boasts is a marginal increase in power but hardly mind blowing! After all if it’s about power go get ya self a Mulistrada … BMW have scored a massive own goal here 👎
