    I wanted to let you know that I REALLY appreciate the voiceover aspect of your videos. I've been checking out a lot of free motion applique videos and listening to the sewing machine is not great.
    The time you take editing videos makes it so easy to watch several in a row. Thanks so much!

      Your comment means so much to me. Having feedback is helpful. It's easier for me to speed up the video and do the voiceover. Shorter videos export and upload easier on my internet connection. Thanks so much for watching, Julia

    I have long arms so should I will but off the cuff or add something so sleeves will be long enough

      I would leave the cuffs on to accommodate for longer arms. They add approximately 2”.

    Julia, is there any way to use my Sizzix embosser to cut the material I’ve backed with Heat ‘n Bond? I bought the embosser on sale years ago (looks like a purse), but have never used it.

    • @stitchesbyjulia
      @stitchesbyjulia  Год назад

      Hi, I did some research on the embosser. There are a couple of RUclips videos on it. Some are having some luck with cutting. The opening is smaller so the Bigz dies would not work. Some of the thinlet dies would work. I would apply the heat n bond before cutting. You would only be able to cut one layer at a time. Also it looks like you would have to have shim. Most make it out of an old cutting mat. It's hard to explain- you may want to search "cutting with a Sizzix embosser" on RUclips and the videos will come up. Hope this helps...Julia
