- We almost didn't get this done. Our dear friend and drummer, founding member Patrick McCarthy, suffered a gigantic loss the night before we were to film. Music, in the face of it, didn't make much sense
With reservations and after much discussion, we decided to film without him. The solemnity of the day is there in the video.
This was recorded in the kitchen of the infamous Skeleton House. A magical place where old desks become kitchen sinks. This is the house where we formed last year; back when it had no walls. You've probably seen a show here.
We practiced here in the winter, burning whatever we could find in the naked brick fireplace, leaving spilled drinks to freeze on the dusty floor. We practiced here in the summer, playing impromptu concerts for passersby.
The house has almost completed its transformation, and though the new cleanliness is off putting, we still felt it the ideal backdrop to record our submission.

I love your guys music!! I saw a united healthcare commercial and the song was a cover of wonderful work by Sam Cooke and it sounded exactly like Benjamin singing! I've looked absolutely everywhere for just the audio or a full cover by you guys but I can't find it. If you could help me out thatd be amazing!!!
