If you have the steam version of garrys mod and if you have half-life and half-life source installed,hit the controller on the bottom right the next time you log on to garrys mod and enable their content to used ,thats how these addons appeared for me at least.

Its called half life 1 snpcs it needs half life materials unfortunaly medics dont cure they only work as common grunts
