Really goes to show how much of a nightmarish mess the Black Mesa Incident was. First aliens teleport in and the scientists and BM Security are fighting for their lives, then HECU comes in to kill everyone, then Black Ops comes in to kill everyone + HECU...
It was a free for all for 1 hour everytime one faction arrived. However, hecu marines were working with the scientist team when they noticed black ops and the need to survive was higher.
This is the most fun, creative and interesting benchmark I've ever seen! And yes, a fighter H. E. C. U. who, without any doubt or fear, simply kicks a huge, multi-ton alien right in his impudent face - priceless!

I agree but these NPCS are from a mod called Half Life: Resurgence basically improving their A.I. Still though, the original Half Life NPCS have great intelligence.
I had the opportunity to play around the codes of HL1 where I made it so I can set the faction for the npcs. I even created few new factions. Now I can do something like a group of Black ops allies with zombies or scientists and security guards are on the side of the military. With bspguy, it's so easier to create battles on pre-made maps without the need to decompile them. You can even use it for future videos especially since HL1 will be better than Gmod in terms of Framerate and heat.

I’m pretty sure black ops had the same mission as the hecu which means clean up and hecu were there before them so they like a black ops soldier said are “always cleaning up after the grunts.” But I don’t remember if that was the exact line

what we need is a npc battle of the war in halo reach mission 4, the big desert and a crap ton of ghosts, wraiths, warthogs, scorpions, banshees, just everything
Bassicaly what happens in black mesa, in end nobody knows what the hell going on, or who gave the orders in the first place, the H.E.C.U where told to silance the scientist who went rogue, and hostile life, by the time most of them realise there was something off the black ops who where susposed to come as back up soon where given new orders to wipe the slate clean, including allies it was a slaughter. In the end it was chaos very few knows what really happen, and records where soon gone after the combine arrived, there was no time to investigate. What worse it all started due to electrical fault, and equipment not made to deal with it.
