The manga actually shows what is written there 10:34. It says that -
-Drinking alcohol is forbidden in the trolley
-Don't walk around while the trolley is in motion
-Don't stick any part of your body out the window
So basically they're just precautions and warnings

For sure a nominee for this year's Anime of the year. Never thought a "silly dnd monster culinary show" that I watched back in Jan would be something I'd recommend to anyone.
What was bonkers for me, reading the manga, was it kept getting better, and stuck the landing.
@@XShrike0 Seems that S2 is confirmed so I'll be waiting for it instead. Pretty rare for me to not continue in a manga since I've done it for about 90-95% of series that I initially discovered thru their anime. Waiting for the anime in this one will be worth for me.
@@knockknackk318 the manga is also worth it for the extra bits of content that didn’t make it in. But I think the anime is such a good way to experience the story since the food porn and voice acting and color adds such a cozy and dark vibe too.
Normally I prefer manga but trigger really nailed it. I probably will read the manga regardless, whether it’s before s2 or after.
@@ma.2089 Yea, I'll probably reread the manga after some time of finishing the anime's S2 (or S3 if there'll ever be). I just have the uncontrollable tendency to hit "next" button on chapters so if I were try to read the manga from the start now, it'd take me a few hours to finish the entire series which I think I'd regret lmao.

And the reason they don’t use changling power to turn back is because the spores still on their body. The spores will literally grow into mushrooms (even if they are still alive and breathing) so the most reasonable way is to wash any spores away

Laios did not abandone Falin, he wanted to be independent to protect Falin.
the people we see in laios’s party are the ones that came before marcille joined. this isnt a spoiler bc its not in the manga but in the official guide book
- the buzzcut guy was from the gold peeler group who took advantage of his kindness
- the black haired half foot is dandan, chilchuck’s union buddy. he introduced them to chilchuck. he didnt want to venture to the fourth floor
- the brown haired woman is acivia, the hubby hunter. she was a gold digger and wanted laios to be her husband but left when he wasnt interested in her

So Senshi is kinda saying that every soul is its own ingredient in food. Humans are egg, dragons are bacons etc. So when they are combining souls with dark magic they are making a new dish and souls are different ingredients in it, like omelet where separating is hard. Combining two eggs is also impossible to separate. But in Falin case chimera body is bacon and egg. Clear areas of different creatures. So eating the dragon part could remove the dragon soul as well. So when they revive Falin she should return to her humanself.
But the feathers is my question mark.

This is easily my favorite Anime of this year along with Frieren and Apothecary Diaries. I just watched the teaser for S2. Absolutely looking forward to the return of Dungeon Meshi.
The guy around 11:15 is someone we saw in Episode 3. He was part of the gold-stripping team Laios and Falin used to work for. Same with the guy around 11:22, he's a half-foot guy named Dandan, from the same old gold-stripping team. The girl you've never seen though, she's new, yeah.

@@whatinthegoddamn2353 I know, she's Asivia from the Adventurer Bible extras. I meant that she's never showed in the series before, and is therefore a new character, unlike the gold stripper and Dandan, who HAVE been seen in flashbacks before.

Personally, this year went by QUICK thanks to Dungeon Meshi. Even though I already finished the manga, it's been a long time since I've been this excited for anime and looked forward weekly for it's episodes.
Kinda sad season 1 is over, but at least season 2 has already been announced, just a matter of patience and knowing when it will air (either winter of 25 or summer)

A dragon's soul and body can be eaten and disappear?
They mentioned that monster souls don't get bound to the bodies, previously. If they did the dungeon would be packed with monster ghosts. Their plan to save Falin is to eat as much of the monster part of her as they can. This should remove most of the dragon from her. Allowing her to retain are human shape.
