Hi Michelle , I did the exercises and applied taps for thumb stiffness .. i consulted a neurologist months ago ,but the medicines didn't work . I had symptoms of writer's cramp since 3 years but thanks to ur advices , now after 2 weeks of taping and excercises my thumb has recovered 70 percent 😅

I have trouble putting weight on my wrists at 90degrees or more in wrist extension for push ups.. this also prevents me from backbends and more Would it be possible to ask for a video that covers the strength and mobility that goes into that movement? Thanks again :)

hello, i had an undisplaced distal radial fracture near my elbow 3 weeks ago. my doctor told me the pain would go away in 3 weeks but now that i try to supinate, it feels like my wrist is jammed. its like my bone is stopping me to rotate my forearm. is my arm gonna be like this forever now? im really scared. i fell down on my wrist while playing basketball. how long will it take to get full range of motion of my forearm? can you please help?
Hello! It’s been at least a month or two since I first got my mallet finger and have gotten my treatment entirely done at home, I couldn’t get an X-ray nor professional help so I’ve just gotten a splint which I’ve also been wearing for about a month or two and my fingertip is straight now, but it won’t bend at all, any advice?
