@saramill2097 Soshull cykolojee sez that physical attractiveness affects people's judgment. Chevy is good-looking & gets away with stuff other people can't. I have an uncle like this: probably never had less than three women on the side through his entire marriage. So there's a High Likelihood that Chevy got away with stuff as many, many people would just say something to themselves to _WANT_ to excuse his behavior, then forget that they made up the excuse. It's amazing what one can get away with when one is considered physically attractive. Presumably. 😒

I've heard a lot of sketchy things about Chevy over the years, I don't know what's true or what's not, so it's nice to hear what he has to say himself.
I think 95% of it can probably be attributed to people just not understanding his sense of humor and taking him too seriously. He's pretty much always joking and he doesn't have much of a filter.
@@-Ricky_Spanish- Bingo. Chevy doesn't communicate based on forced politeness. It sounds like anyone who trash talks him back would make fast friends with him.
Physically attractive people can get away with lots of sh*t. Look at the William Shatner George Takei back & forth. Shatner is 100% in the wrong on every facet of every issue. Everyone takes Captain Kirk's side. As if it's possible _everyone Shatner ever met_ have made the same mistake about him or that Takei is the instigator in any of this. Takei was sticking up for his cast who had, like most actors, stfu to not endanger their careers. When they saw how people reacted to George, they continued that way. If it wasn't for Shantner himself once blabbing about it all, we would never have known that Nichelle Nichols had her problems with him as well. She was *very* diplomatic & never publicly dissed him. She did it to _his face once,_ not in public & apparently, that was all. Chevy gets the same treatment. Good-looking people get forgiven for things they shouldn't. It wasn't "everyone" who hated him: only those he himself took a dislike to as he felt a need to tell people he felt that way about _that_ he did.
