Yeah I’m struggling a lot with this with mclaren the car is so slow even though I’ve brought many upgrades and I’m struggling on when to switch focus on research for next year

@@adambadger7993 I’m struggling to tbh I’m with Ferrari but even though I’m making many upgrades others seem like they don’t have a cost cap so I just started focusing on next year asap to try preventing this from happening
@@me66417 how close are you to cost cap cos I’m only 10 races in and have only 45 mill left to spend
@@adambadger7993 im running mclaren ive gone full upgrades until miami then from miami to hungary im going 1 on upgrades then research all other slots, then from hungary onwards its full research. Also would recommend as mclaren maxing out your driver simulator ASAP as both the drivers have so much ability to develop

@@joshdawson5850 everything in this new version looks worse imo, it still has the "stupid drivers" feature, where every driver makes SO MANY MISTAKES for no reason, aston martin still uses the old redbull like model, pit errors don't have an animation, penalties are very badly coded, this game really feels unpolished, and as the previous game, will never be updated properly and bugs and problems will be solved next game.

idk how far ahead you are with this series and I haven't seen the full video yet, but I think it might be a good idea to go all in on acceleration and top speed. You are not gonna fight for the championship, so write off 80% of races and go all in on the low downforce package for some guaranteed big points.

If you hire a driver from f2 as a reserve driver, will he then still be present in the f2 championsship simulation, or will he only act as the reserve driver?
He will only act as a reserve, hence why Alfa Romeo's reserve driver is made up and Theo Poochair is in F2

If you're looking for a challenge, Alpha Tauri is definitely the worst team in the game. While Williams and Haas have weak cars, they have better drivers and can actually deliver a point or two when the wind blows right. It's not the case with AT.
