This updated Merc sound isnt too bad actually, seems like an actual decent game overall for once. Praying multiplayer will be working properly this time around

It looks so weird and feels unrealistic that porpoising wasn't implemented in F1 22
not all teams have poiposing and its gonna be banned from silverstone
@@samb6620 Even if this Technical Directive is implemented (and thats a big if, given the politics of the paddock), porpoising will remain, it will just be mandated to become lesser.

To get a good pit stop, you need to click the button about 1.2-1.5 seconds before the actual thing

I know this guy is good but the AI is a little bit too passive for my liking, considering it's set to the highest difficulty. I'd like to see them defend better and not back out when going into a corner side by side.

I watch Jarno do this, I think "Oh yeah, I could go for a race around Monaco! Exciting overtakes every time, some fantastic scraps in tight spaces". Then I do it and stop after 2 laps and 16 flashbacks. Monaco is hard, and Jarno makes it look way too easy

@Cock McBalls Dude, I could also do the last to first challenge in F1 2021, no problem.
The problem is that the AI is stupid (strategy wise), slow (on the first lap) and inconsistent (some corners super slow, others normal speed).
The fact that you can still divebomb 10 cars into some corners is just unbelievable.

These days the AI is too easy, they back out once you are a 1mm ahead, don't even try to block and brake so early.
I remember like F1 2015 and F1 2016, AI wasn't great but they were actually weaving, breaking the slipstream, braking late on the inside and staying alongside you.
@@RobertDoornbosF1 Indeed, the AI remains "stupid" in a sense. Needs improvement on many areas, sadly EA has concentrated on things like F1 Life and other casual gaming features instead.

Jarno they added steering lock into the game. So you can use 540 degrees at lowes hairpin now! I dont know if the feature is in the game yet but it is confirmed to be in the game soon.

Where have you heard that? That's great news if true, it was a pretty basic feature that meant I basically never played f1 21 since it's a pain to change my wheel settings every time just for that game, when every other sim can just do 1:1 steering straight out of the box...
