CREAMY CHOCOLATE TART Shortcrust Pastry and Chocolate Cream EASY RECIPE

Today I propose you a nice idea that makes these Muffins similar to mini Panettone but which can be prepared in 5 minutes and go straight into the oven!
Excellent as gifts, they can be kept soft for 3-4 days or to make the Christmas holidays sweeter, excellent to serve for Christmas breakfast!
Genuine and homemade is better, you dedicate time and love for your family!
In the video I suggest a tasty idea, if you don't have paper muffin cups, to simply make them with baking paper! You will see they are even more beautiful than the ones purchased! Little expense, great yield! 😉
With a sheet of baking paper (the ones already cut) of about 38x42 cm we get 9 pieces!
🌡️ Cooking in a preheated oven at 180° static - 175° ventilated for approximately 25-30 minutes
📝 INGREDIENTS: for 12 muffins or 1 24 cm cake
3 eggs
100 g Sugar
100 g Milk
100 g Oil
280-300 g Flour (depends on how much you get)
16 g Baking powder for desserts (1 sachet)
To flavour:
Mandarin, Orange, Lemon
Vanilla extract
Almond extract
To complete:
Chocolate chips
Raisins
Granulated sugar
Almonds
Powdered sugar
