Ya iv been hearing people say it's a slept on perk, glad I saved an adept exalted truth w shot swap/eye of the storm, its a 5/5 roll now, Kept Confidence il probably go KW/Eye cause I really enjoy the mobility buff you get from Killing Wind, perfect peak shooting roll right there
