precision instrument makes it a guaranteed 4 tap on all resil. without PI it hits for 188 (3 resil) with PI it hits for an even 200.

Arrowhead brake is optimal on it. You get better recoil and +10 handling. If it still bothers you too much surplus will mostly take care of that but I prefer rapid hit.
