While I tried to watch and listen, I’m also watching F1 ,and trying to put a solar build together as I’ve got to use solar for a activity today…so my attention is split, lol..yet it would be nice if like on some other RUclips channels they post the results,so we can just pause the video at the end ,and just read, and compare the whole build, and its specs, that would make this much more useful, as well as gratefully appreciated, thank you for ya work..
I think the duration from crown should be added to stormdancer's brace so it buffs damage and duration of stormtrance on kills with it. Then with crown add a damage bonus for arc abilities with conduction tines at 10% per stack, up to 30%. Stormtrance still needs a damage buff though.
Yeah then Stormdancer would actually be viable, good idea. But then Crown is just a worse version of Verity's Brow, and if you buffed Crown more, then it could power creep other exotics. Very hard problem to solve. There is also Getaway artist, which is the fourth arc warlock exotic. It is great on prismatic but cheeks on arc. They all need some buffs
@@Virixas Yeah, it's a tight situation. Maybe crown's buff would instead increase duration of arc debuffs and grenades? Or maybe going off the name, it can have a wind-like effect that slowly pulls enemies into arc debuffed enemies or have the wind transfer arc debuffs in random directions for a certain distance. Getaway artist, maybe the turret's kills blind nearby enemies? I'm not sure.
@@parkereatsplants I have a setup that looks fantastic with Crown. Basically starry night sky themed, with all the sparkles and stars you see on the helmet already.
cool video, ive always wondered what the difference is. As a noob I picked Sunstar cause i had nothing to jolt all around. 11 ranks later and I still havent switched, even though the extra super energy sounded cool. My problem with both is they are really good in easy content when you dont need them anyways and in hard content there are much better options. Fun and gimmicky, even if sunstar was worse Id stick to it cause some fun memories. Imo Arc and especially stasis need some love from the devs.
Yeah, you can still squeeze some value out of Sunstar in higher level content because Coldheart doesn't need kills to make traces, but as you said there are way better options. Like just use stasis turrets
Problem is that a lot of your weapons are hard to get ,and not easy to get..which is what should be used simply because even someone like me who plays everyday, I still don’t do dungeons often,or GM’s, or raids almost never..so it’s better to use easy weapons to obtain, while not having the same pop or dra2 to see, it’s just more useable for most of us..
@@bogdanlinc Yeah that would work fine, no arc synergy, but shock and awe would compensate. If you wanted to use an arc weapon without synergy then probably just use Trinity Ghoul. I used to main trespasser though, very fun

I think we are forgetting about one crucial factor here - fashion is the true endgame of D2 so yeah... Fallen Sunstar wins by a mile.
I actually really like the way both of them look, but may have to go with Crown for this debate.

🤦 crowns top piece is hella ugly

can someone explain the way to get that crown tempest damage? it’s driving me crazy
What about Stormdancer's Brace?💯💯
No.
Mid af
@@griqs some would say CHEEKS
@@Virixas indeed
Is Sunstar also better if you use it with prismatic? Because now im using crown with lightning surge
It's ok, but you have less sources of Ionic traces. No Electrostatic Mind
What about the sidearm Trespasser?😊
