@@dafulegend5905 Supposedly this is a multiversal timeline (like the one we pulled the current Saint 14 out of) so I'm assuming there will be a lot of familiar faces and stories but with some slight twists.
@heroicxidiot the fun that I'm having reminds me of the fun I had in d1, and just cause it's a mobile game doesn't mean shit. There are plenty of mobile games that became ps5 games, and people love em, just say you don't like handheld games. I grew up with Gameboys so handheld gaming will always be a thing to me. Go take your delusion elsewhere.
@RandomGuy-ci9nt yeah but it not a bad thing it just thing game dwells more on what Destiny was originally going to be and I'm glad that this game decided to go in that direction
Wait...Ikora uses Grenade Launchers and Rocket Launchers? ...But hasn't it been established her preferred weapon is a shotgun, no? That's a weird choice.
all i ever wanted the most from a destiny game was character customization, especially *exos* and *awokens* but the only thing we get is humans like cmon
What let me curious is that... Those characters look good, I'm interested on what their stories and personalites will gonna be But the designs? Let me very much interested
Can't wait for this to release! My only gripe is that it seems that those of us who pick our characters to match our own gender will have limited selections as a male. Unofficially it looks like it's 75% female 25% male. Not world breaking, but it just feels weird for me to pick a female to represent myself in game.
Lore wise it would have made sense if these were some of the original guardians which inspired later guardians. Like the arcstrider, well, sentinel shield. Physical weapons which inspired super. Kinda like last word and the outlaw super from gunslinger
I think the new light campaign should be a mini storyline that simply takes place before the final shape campaign that has player's exploring every destination (except the pale heart)
How did void titan get the ability to shoot through bubble and use their abilities while having essentially weapons of light buff in this game but we cant even have weapons of light without wearing exotics in destiny 2 let alone shoot through it
Seriously. Bungie should either have made Destiny Rising a console game, or added these abilities into Destiny 2. - Scorching Barrier would make for a great new Aspect for Sunbreakers - converting one or both of Ikora's abilities into a new Voidwalker Aspect would be so awesome
As someone who religiously reads the lore AND runs a Destiny Dark Ages tabletop game, this game is surprisingly faithful. Pleasantly surprised.
Since Jolder is in the game, and its early city era, shouldn’t she have died at the end of the Iron Lord era?
@ It’s an alternate universe, so I’m okay with minor changes like that.
@@dafulegend5905 Supposedly this is a multiversal timeline (like the one we pulled the current Saint 14 out of) so I'm assuming there will be a lot of familiar faces and stories but with some slight twists.
@@koriusX”minor changes” is a crazy way of coping with this
@decky2610 it was announced from the beginning that it was going to be an alternate universe. There’s no coping, it’s just how it is lol.
hope bungie gets inspiration from these abilites and supers. they look pretty cool
Bruh scream it to the heavens because it’s time for Super abilities rework 4.0
It's less about inspiration and more resources. Bungie is a husk of what it used to be in terms of game development in destiny
This game is so fun, it feels like d1. Definitely has potential.
Lmao stop taking 😂
It's still a mobile game. It will run like a mobile game. Saying it feels like D1 is delusional. Just treat it like a mobile game.

Imagine liking a game and having fun in the year 2024 without someone taking issue (impossible)
@@FlexTapeApe the fun part hasn't come out yet.
Taniks was here
We really need to teach this old man a good lesson 😐
Kinda hope theres some cross pollinating with some of the ideas in this game and in D2. Theres some interesting stuff here.
Oh my goodness, Gwynn’s super is so cool. Us warlocks need something like that in PvE. This game sort of has that D1 feeling to it.
I scrolled through the comments with my 5% increase to movement speed.
Jolder is what a Void Titan should've been
She could've taught us so much, but, sadly, SIVA interviened..........
Dude, imagine Hunters in mainline Destiny with shadow clones. They'd be a f*cking menace in the Crucible.
If bungie ever decided to make another destiny game if it was 3 or a spinoff like rising they gotta take notes with the abilities and aesthetic
This is straight up a fantasy game with a Destiny skin
I mean, that is what was originally going to be
@zetamangads
Compared to the game as is it feels more fantasy
@RandomGuy-ci9nt yeah but it not a bad thing it just thing game dwells more on what Destiny was originally going to be and I'm glad that this game decided to go in that direction
@zetamangads I was more so talking about the gameplay aspects and verbs
@RandomGuy-ci9nt oh okay. Honestly I kinda dig it
Wait...Ikora uses Grenade Launchers and Rocket Launchers?
...But hasn't it been established her preferred weapon is a shotgun, no? That's a weird choice.
Maybe she'll come to prefer shotguns later after the incident where she loses her hair
Alternate universe
It’s a alternate universe destiny have many by universes make up the multiverse remember we pulled satin from a different timeline aka universe
same with Jolder not using a machine gun
@@KiraKuin2424 I am aware, it's just strange to me since she is still using her signature Nova Bomb.
That cannon super that Maru has. I want that for the titan
all i ever wanted the most from a destiny game was character customization, especially *exos* and *awokens* but the only thing we get is humans like cmon
Destiny rising officially has the best titans
the only thing that makes me think about the future of the game is the gacha system, besides that everything looks so good
What let me curious is that... Those characters look good, I'm interested on what their stories and personalites will gonna be
But the designs? Let me very much interested
Got Jolder on the first 10 pull.
So I guess this is my main game now (nothing else to really do in D2 anyways rn).
I will definitely pull for gwyn and attal! Can't wait for their gameplay
Why does the ARC STAFF looks so much better in here. Lol 😭😭

I was expecting ikora having a shotgun for her weapons

sobbing rn cuz i didn't even know u could sign up for a closed beta..
Hopefully we get some of this stuff in the main game
So it’s just the first descendants but destiny and mobile???
If titans got what Jolder has...id convert to Titan
I hope Bungie updates the New Light Campaign, to be akin to this.
I think the new light campaign should be a mini storyline that simply takes place before the final shape campaign that has player's exploring every destination (except the pale heart)
Is it weird that I liked their abilities more than the main game?
Alot of the titans had good ideas they should put in
I'm assuming this is gunna be a Gacha style game then, where we have to roll for characters?
Yes, it's like genshin/wuthering waves
Wait, speaking of estela, wasn't there an ability in an old season where you could take over an enemy by melee'ing them?
Destiny 1 class item
Ngl chat, these devs are cooking gourmet.
So Ning Fei is Arc Hunter remake. All about Clones, chain lighting and AOE
I really hate how awesome this looks…
Skill system is surprisingly complex for a mobile game.
How did void titan get the ability to shoot through bubble and use their abilities while having essentially weapons of light buff in this game but we cant even have weapons of light without wearing exotics in destiny 2 let alone shoot through it
Mainly for PvP balance and previous complaints.
When is this rising gonna be released? Has a date been said yet?
Probably halfway through 2025
These abilites make me look at destiny and realize how creatively bankrupt the class/ability design has become
and ofc well is meta in this game
Seriously. Bungie should either have made Destiny Rising a console game, or added these abilities into Destiny 2.
- Scorching Barrier would make for a great new Aspect for Sunbreakers

Bungie didn’t develop this
The mobile game has a better ward of dawn than actual ward of dawn.
Gwynn is the best
Definitely a pay to win game
Warlocks get a scythe ITS NOT FAIR😭
And not in Destiny 2…
Literally the dumbest choice
And hunters are getting a sword
Haha, so funny how the female characters look cute and feminine. I wonder why...
Wait until they add a 5 star Mara Sov and Exo Stranger 💀
Agreed the only attractive character in d2 is literally only mara sov. Now we have many.
is this cannon
Alternate reality, like multiversal. Think of it as one of the other realities the exo stranger has visited.
The character designs are mostly pretty mid
I just don’t see a dollar value with this
